Almost perfect

Really enjoyed our stay with our family of 6, 3 adults 2 boys and our dog. The stay was great, it was convenient to public access to the beach great food and close to everything. Everytime I had a question Vacasa was there to answer quickly. When we arrived the place was fairly clean but had sheet rock or paint dust on the floor around the baseboards the floors and rooms where clean. The house came with a necessity kit for cleaning dishes and extra toilet paper under the sinks. The outdoor showers did not work but we eventually found a shower and rinse area on the left side of the house that worked. There where extra liens and blowup beds and cool games for the kids. Could easily sleep 8 or 9 people. There was highchair and beach toys and supplies in case you forgot yours. They almost thought of everything.We wanted to extend a day and where able to do so with ease. Overall the stay was perfect and will definitely use Vacasa again, and this house.

PERFECT Getaway

Our work team needed to get together and spend some time bonding and relaxing. This cute cottage was absolutely amazing. We could walk to the beach, chill in the sunroom, or just sit in the back with the fairy lights. A MUST stay for a small group

A nice stay

We really enjoyed the house, everything was well kept. Would stay again. Feedback: We did encounter some cockroaches and miscellaneous other bugs. Some additional linens esp pillow cases and towels would have been nice.

Amazing Property!

My family and I stayed at this property for one week and loved every minute of it! It was a beautify single story home, walking distance to the beach. We were impressed by how clean it was, and how they had items to start off your stay with (travel sized soap, shampoo/conditioner, dish soap, laundry detergent, dishwasher tablets, plus TP and a roll of paper towels.) The outdoor shower was actually quite nice, and I used it after every beach outing. My favorite thing about the home was how everything was labels (light switches, ceiling fans, cabinets and cupboard), so that you didn't need to go on a wild goose chase. The only complaint that I had was that the back yard was not fully fenced in, as was written in the listing. Rather, both sides of the house how an opening, about 5 ish feet across. All in all, would absolutely stay here again!

North Myrtle Beach

Great location and use of space, front door key pad a bit temperamental. Unable to turn on water in third bathroom shower. Great place for relaxing and visiting with friends.

Quick stay in North Myrtle

Enjoyed our stay with our dog and a couple of friends. The house had everything we needed. Nice quiet neighbourhood, couple of blocks to the beach, comfortable beds, pleasant and enjoyable sitting/sun room.

Nice house

The house and location are very nice the yard could use cleaned up. The fenced yard has two openings so dogs are not completely fenced in. The beds are very comfortable but the king bed is so high had trouble getting in it. Also the code to enter is too long. Overall nice clean house nice neighborhood. Would recommend it.

Won't Do That Again

The place was filthy! It was only 2 bedrooms, not 3. Empty soap box on top of shower stall, trash on kitchen, living room, and bathroom floors, hair on vanity by the sink, grease on stove, poop skid marks in toilet, and trash piled high at front of house by garage and spilled onto the driveway, impeding access, not to mention the smell. Disgusting!!!

Awesome beach access and location!

Overall, we loved this house!! Location and beach access were wonderful. Beds were extremely comfortable and it fit our family of five perfectly. Appreciated the use of beach toys, umbrella and chairs as beach is only two block, short walk from the house and it’s an Heads up: you do not have access to hose, spigot, or out door showers attached to the house to rinse sand off. This seems like no big deal, but with small children and sand everywhere, it was a disaster for the first day until we found out about a hose attached to a short term rental building right across the street from the beach which we may or may not have been allowed to use. The kids loved the arcade games in living room. There were not any dishes appropriate for small children. You have to rent a pack and play and high chair from a local company at a rather astronomical price. There was no dust pan in house,… just a broom. So again, beware of beach sand. Subtracting minor annoyances, we had a wonderful time and I highly recommend this property for families with older kids! Can’t stress the location and condition of this property enough. It is awesome!

Great Beach Cottage

We loved this house. It was perfect for our family of 4. It was a quick 3 minute walk to the beach. It was right off of Rte 17, so you’re close to all the restaurants and and shopping. But it was in a neighborhood so it felt quiet and peaceful. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook. Our only suggestion is to turn on the outdoor water sources so people could rinse feet, hose off beach chairs, and use the outside showers.

Some advice/comments

As other rental/owners would provide a detailed items at the house and the procedures . Here I could not find it and we had to search the whole house. I had sent a text msg that if you have a washer/dryer ??? But no response for that. Then later we had to call and find that it is in the garage. Then the next issue was "how to Open the garage ?" That was a remote but there was no clue where it is. This all could have avoided if we have a pre information of all these. Then the issue of TV. We could not watch any movie or other program on TV as the remote was not working properly. We called for this issue also and got a reply that the technician will call or come to see on it. But none came to look at it. Except these issues we had a wonderful stay at the house and we prefer this house for our next trip too. we could not find any beach towel there. This house is very convenient and near the beach itself. We enjoyed the beach very much. Really sorry to point out these shortenings for a comfortable stay next time.
