“Really great! ”

“酒店位置很好，旁边大超市，集市，KFC。距离贾夫拉城堡，图书馆，神庙都很近，方便。但不知道是不是暑假尾声，房费较高，房间小，进房感觉压抑。最不能接受的是，热水忽冷忽热，住了两晚都是这个情况，对于两晚房费接近人民币两千的酒店，这个不能容忍！”

“Location was convenient and quiet. The property was clean and well maintained! Servicing in room dining services needs significant improvements. I ordered food for in room dining a few times but needed to remind them at least one or two times after the order to get the food. So bad!”

“Room cleanses were average, I had to ask for towels every time after clean my room. Room was too small for two people. Good food”

“チェックインからチェックアウトまでスタッフの方々は丁寧にかつ親密に接してくれました。 部屋は特別きれいというわけではないけれど普通に過ごすには全く問題ないくらい快適です。それ以上に朝食やバーは快適で良いものでした。 またトリンコマリーまでの送迎という特別なリクエストにも完璧に応えていただき、とても感謝しています。しっかりと送り届けてもらいました。 1点だけ懸念を挙げるとすると水回りです。私が宿泊した部屋だけかもしれませんが、シャワーが冷水しか出なく、勢いも弱いままでした。 スタッフの質に設備が若干追いついていない印象です。”

“We are a family of six stayed in 2 rooms for 3 nights in July 2026. This is an excellent hotel to stay in Jaffna, and we will definitely stay here without hesitation in our next Jaffna visit. Location is safe, convenient and very close Jaffna town. The property is immaculate and well-maintained. Staff are extremely courteous, extremely helpful and professional. The assistant manager and the receptionist, Dilakshi, are very caring and always attentive. Rooms are of good size and clean. Amenities……

“Good place to stay”

“The rooms and property were generally clean. Stayed there for two nights. Convenient location to the Town and easy access to amenities and parking. A couple of areas for improvement would be address bathroom hot water, cleaning and get rid of mosquitos in the room. Perhaps in room dining services could be delivered faster!”

“A few km outside Jaffna. Friendly informative owner who we had informative conversations. The hotel offered Sri Lankan menu - which we didn’t use as we were out and about in Jaffna. A variety of people staying at hotel , both srilankans and Europeans. Rooms were spacious . Bathroom could have been better maintained , we were happy overall. Would recommend if you are looking for a convenient interesting place to stay. Thank you for an enjoyable stay. ”
