“Check in speed is very slow and very unfamiliar with the process.
Even assign a not my reservation to me…. until my reminder they the realized.
Didn’t check with me and my colleague which credit card what to use, just directly charged the card left to the system.
Check in time is so long and inefficient. I spend for 30-40mins to complete my check in.”

“Wohnung zentral gelegen. Rewe fußläufig erreichbar. Küche gut ausgestattet. Wir waren nur zu 2 . So das die Wohnung groß genug war . Für 8 Personen schon herausforderung. Da nicht ein Schrank zur verfügung steht nur eine kleiderstange und Komoden. Nicht wie auf den Fotos. Teilweise sind die Möbel in die Jahre gekommen, aber gut brauchbar. Leider haben nicht alle Fenster Rollos. Kleiner Balkon mit 2 Stühlen leider kein Tisch. Hätten gerne draußen gefrühstückt...... sonst hatten wir aber eine……

“Eigentlich ein gutes Angebot. Aber leider war das Waschbecken an der Kante beschädigt, im Bad fanden wir tote Insekten, es gab keine Handtuchhalter. Schön wäre auch ein kleiner Kühlschrank, gerade im Sommer. Grundsätzlich geht das Einchecken einfach, aber die Anleitung zum Öffnen der Zimmertüre ist m.E. unklar. Schade, das Konzept ist gut, aber es fehlt halt doch "das Auge des Herrn".”
