"Our Lady Host was AMAZING - she spoke great English, was very classy and paid attention to every detail. MOST OF ALL she simply wanted to ensure we had an amazing stay and enjoyed Salzburg. You will NOT find better communication or service anywhere else in Europe. We will return to Salzburg and will ONLY stay at Townhouse Weisses Krenz!!!"

"I had a pleasant stay at Hotel Cocoon Salzburg. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and a good size, providing a comfortable base for my trip. The location is very convenient, just a short walk from the railway station and within walking distance of many tourist attractions, making it easy to explore the city.

"Nice, comfortable, tidy room. Reasonable hours for staffing. Excellent breakfast that consisted of breads, cheeses, sliced meats, fruit, scrambled eggs, and various toppings like honeys and jams; though breakfast does cost extra. Sometimes it’s much cheaper when booked on Hotels.com than with the hotel or in person (€15 per breakfast, but I think we only paid $2 per day with Hotels.com). Bus stops right outside that takes you downtown, and the bus to the airport is about 100 yards away. Would stay again!"
