“The hotel staff was amazing! The hotel has potential but we had a couple incidents - Water was locked off twice - We called and it was rectified in a couple of minutes tho. In using the pool we asked for additional towel - We were told by the manager that there are NO extra towels. He eventually said he went to another room and got us 2 towels. “The room was hot when we arrive, the host moved us to another room, and the AC was working much better. The Pool is lovely but you can not eat or drink around the pool. $30.00 per day for a towel for the pool or beach. If you use the room towel at the pool you will be charged. “From the time we got there we was having probleming flashing the toilet and it got worst as the time when by . We went out for the day and came back to light flckering ,gate not opening ,and the other gate was locked and we had no keys to open the gate . The bedroom door got lock no keys to open the door. “The property was well kept, the rooms were clean, the views were stunning and the food was exceptional. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and everything the hotel had to offer. “The owners and staff were warm, welcoming and always willing to help. Very nice people. Loved that they had recycle bins throughout the property and separate bins in the villas for organics and other materials. The property and trails were beautiful, the flowers, plants, fish pond and ducks were nice to see. There were lots of birds to see and hear. Overall a great place and cant wait to go back.”
