“The unit was clean and up to date, the host was hands on and easily accessible, shops, restaurants and gas stations was only a short distance away, the property and neighborhood is quite and serene. I will recommend it to my friends and family when visiting this area.”

“We were in town for a softball tournament for my daughter, and the property was just as described. Cold air-conditioning, fast, Internet, and great appliances and sleeping arrangements. My only concern is that there was no hot water for showers. I messaged the owner through the Vrbo app twice and never received a response regarding this. I did receive messages from the owner in regards to taking out the garbage for garbage pick up at the curb and for check-in and check out instructions. Just...

“Honestly, we will absolutely be staying here again. The host was honest about the property listing. You are close to train tracks, like extremely close. However, we expected disruptions due to the listing so that wasn't a problem. The portable AC in the living room was really loud, so we had to turn the volume up loud on the TV and felt like we were being rude to our neighbor, but we couldn't hear the TV otherwise. Great stay/location at a great price. Water pressure in the shower was...

“This was the worst condition Motel 6 we have ever stayed in. The Lobby and room smelled like pet urine, room was filthy, sheets had dark stains on them”

“Everything was seemingly fine and perfect!”

“Clean room and nice staff”

“The carpet in the bedroom and rugs throughout are absolutely filthy. I wore shoes the whole time I was there. The washer and dryer work well, but aren't vented to the outside, so the tiny closet is full of old lint, and multiple upper walls in the apartment have lint on them. There are cracks on almost every wall, along with badly repaired spots painted in a different shade. There are mysterious stains on the walls in the bathroom. It doesn't appear that a deep clean has been done since the...

“TV remotes did not work, only 1 station. Cash deposit on check in not mentioned in listing or during billing. Probable mold in shower. It is dog-friendly.”

“Great stay as always! Clean, affordable, great area. I’ll stay here again for sure.”

“Anfitriona muy pendiente de cada mensaje que le mandaba con preguntas, y todo muy limpio, y utensilios necesarios ”

“What was amazing is that everything was as advertised, from dishes, washing machine & dryer, clean bath towels, and a great entertainment system. It was an amazing experience to stay at such a refreshing temporary living space.”

“Very clean and beautiful place. We loved the little balcony. Host was very straight forward and fast. Check in was a breeze. We would stay there again.”

“Joe was an excellent host and responded very quick. Place was very nice and clean. Great amenities. Would definitely stay there again. Thanks Joe.”

“It was located in a very interesting area (Cherokee Street/Antiques Row) and was near many St. Louis attractions. The loft apartment was was really cozy, small, and nicely decorated. Very unique and creative! In my opinion, it would be ideal for an adult couple; the stairs to the loft bedroom area would be a challenge for some. The kitchen was well equipped with appliances and supplies. The private parking area behind the apartment was just right. The bathroom sink was rather small, but...
