Can walk downtown and to the landing without a problem. Would recommend. Regarding rating: It wanted me on the rate the property page to rate the pool There is no pool, which is why I gave it a 1 star...it just doesn't exist. “It was cute and cozy and all the amenities we needed were there. We had a little trouble finding the place because there are multiple cottages and they’re numbered but not in order. Suggest that you tell the cross street when you give directions and address. Also, even though it was a somewhat crowded Cottage area - it was very peaceful We were comfortable and we were close to fishing and Branson. We enjoyed the steamboat Branson Belle. Locally we enjoyed the Mercantile and the sweet lady...

My husband and parents stayed here for my cousin's wedding weekend, and it was the perfect weekend getaway and home hangout. Between the pool table, fireplace and hot tub all on the property. “Beautiful location with a private hot tub overlooking an amazing view. Had a mom and her baby deer come play in the yard. Bed was extremely comfortable and the host was very accommodating. 10/10 would recommend to anyone visiting the area ”
