“ No shower in our room, just old jacuzzi. ”

“Lovely home. Our room was very comfortable with a big cozy bed. We enjoyed being off the beaten path but close enough to downtown. The town trolley has a stop at the B&B and is very convenient. Parking was a snap here. We would happily return. ”

“When I arrived, the cottage had my name mixed up with another which delayed my checking in. Part of the amenities was a bottle of wine (how nice!); however, I had to ask for it. :( Despite those two issues, the room, the breakfast, homemade cookies, etc., was all quite nice. The location was key as I was going to a concert. I would stay there again. ”

“These are cute rock cottages which afford privacy. The communication with the host was excellent. The interior was pretty tired and furnished with kitschy garage sale type furniture. It had a jacuzzi tub which also served as a shower-with an 18 inch entry and slippery tub, it's definitely a slip and fall risk. It comes with breakfast every day at a local restaurant which was excellent. If the owner did some updates, they could charge more, but it was a fair value for the price. ”

“Coltan was an excellent host and suggested wonderful dining options and activities to consider. My husband and I stayed in the cottage and it was charming and accommodated all of our needs. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend The Peabody House to anyone and will absolute stay there again in the future!!”

The breakfast baskets were great, the afternoon desserts were a wonderful surprise, and the room was stocked with everything you’d need to enjoy your stay. We’ve stayed at a number of places in ES over the years and this is by far the best in town.”

“A last minute decision to visit Eureka Springs on very busy weekend had me frantically searching vrbo. i came across this unit. great price, excellent location! Not elegant, but adequate. Referring to the photograph my rental was a basement unit located down a set of outside stairs on the left side of the building. There's a semi secluded furnished patio surrounded by trees and your unit enter through french doors. Industrial type decorating inside with a polished concrete floor. The……

“The house is very well stocked. We really appreciated all the extra supplies in the kitchen and bathroom. The bedrooms are comfortable. The kitchen, dining, and living areas are spacious. Lots of room to eat, play games, or just stretch out and relax. We very much enjoyed our stay.”
