"Excellent place. Great free drinks and snacks in the lobby. The staff were awesome. Breakfast was a traditional Japanese breakfast - very filling and varied daily. The twin room was a bit small and the mattresses a bit firm but that was the only downside. Would come here again. "

"We tried both Japanese room and western room and both are good but we preferred the latter. We also love having snacks and drinks in the lounge area and it’s free. I don’t drink alcohol but my family members do and they love it. The onsen is also good."

"Staying here was a great experience. Relaxing in our private onsen while looking out at the mountain and city was stunning. Our other favorite part was the dinner - our server was so amazing with us and compliments to the chef for preparing the delicious food. "We were very grateful for the cleanliness of the room! We had a room with a private bathroom, and both the sleeping area and the bathroom was very clean. Futon beds were comfortable and warm. Extremely friendly staff, kind and genuinely helpful. We loved our relaxing stay. Thank you so much to the staff!"
