“Perfect little cabin get away with tons of wild life and a beautiful beach! It’s more retreat style, as there’s no a/c and no tv’s in the room, but with so much going on in and around the property, you don’t miss the TV at all. I can’t speak to whether or not the a/c is necessary, as it was 50° outside during our stay, so we used the heat! I think it stays pretty cool year round in NorCal, But if that’s a necessity for you, just take this into account. Also note, cleaning lady and mini fridge……
