“From the minute we arrived we were blown away! The hotel is just what we were looking for a beautifully maintained private hotel which is unique and elegant. The rooms are large and tasteful. The service was personal and attentive. The pool area was perfect and Sam looked after us so well, it was like being at a friends home, just a friend who had a castle !! We hope to return”

“We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Ponti and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. The location is perfect – right by the lake, peaceful and quiet, yet ideal for exploring the surroundings and the Castle. There are also affordable parking spaces available, which made our stay even more convenient. You can also reach the other cities by ferry. “The hotel is located on the lakeside road in Lago Maggiore, approximately 4.5 kilometers from Arona city center. Ample free parking is available, and transportation is convenient. Our lake-view terrace room offered beautiful lake views. The room and bathroom were well-equipped, and a generous buffet breakfast was served.”

“Nous avons séjourné 2 nuits en couple avec notre fils. La chambre pour 3 personnes ainsi que la salle de bain étaient très spacieux, et propres. Nous avons pu entreposer nos 2 vélos de route dans leur local juste incroyable , sécurisé, et équipé de matériel pour la réparation. Le petit déjeuner est composé d'une partie en libre service et d'une autre à la demande (oeufs pains charcuteries viennoiseries) mais on peut en demander autant qu'on veut. Après les sorties vélo nous avons pu profiter des……

“Staff in the cafeteria (-1 level) is very helpful. He helped me heat up my dinner. Since the hotel is situated remotely, I purchased two cold meals at Carrefour express before checking in. The hotel provides water machines, this is very convenient and helpful.”
