“The outdoor pool was green and not for use! The floors in the room were dirty. The property wasn’t even clean. The water was brown.the air conditioning was cold.”

“Room was dirty and dangerous for walking around the room the floor was wet and slippery, the bad was dirty, mattress was very very dirty , the shower 🚿 the water didn’t come down it was broken, 😡 never again and I would like a refund on that room. Not a business friendly”

“It was the equivalent of a transient motel. If I could rate it a negative number, it would be -15...Filthy walls and carpet, broken shower head and toilet. Why was the lotion dispenser dirty? Brown water (I think) damaged tiles on the ceiling. Flies!! Cigarette burns on the bed cover, holes punched in the bathroom door. And who took the smoke detector?? The towels had doo doo brown stains. Yuck! When we checked out, I asked for my receipt. His response was people don't usually ask for them,……
