"After arriving at the accommodation, we experienced an unpleasant shock. It is a beautifully designed apartment on the third floor - maisonette type. However, the accommodation is shabby and equipped with old furniture of all kinds. Bedroom: musty duvets and pillows. Closets full of stuff - you can't tell if it's washed or used. "The room, cafe and reception were very clean. The lady on reception was extremely informative and polite, she advised us where to park and she showed us to the lift explaining how to use it. The restaurant staff were very polite and helpful. The housekeeping lady greeted us and was very polite and cheerful."
