Someone was in our parking space for a day so we had to park somewhere else. We also purchased a second parking pass. When we asked where do we park , we were told and spaces without markings. The only issue would during peak times there is no way you will be able to get one of these spots, as there are very few. Other than that we enjoy our stay.

Absolute Summer Bliss!! A Beach Gal's Paradise!
We absolutely enjoyed every moment of this trip!!! This unit is so gorgeous and yet comfy to feel like you're right at home. This condo was so spacious and would fit from a smaller family to your average size family, maybe a few more. The patio, geesh, was so large with so much seating and the views are absolutely breathtaking...literally on the beach and just a small walkout to the pool and those waves!!! The condo itself is beautifully decorated, very comfortable and has everything you need to create your home away from home on the beautiful Orange Beach!!! Our family enjoyed two very special birthdays on our trip 42 and ready for the world 16!!! We truly had a blast and will return right here to this condo for many years to come!!! Oh and dont let me forget the host/staff were impeccable, very attentive and informative throughout our stay! We wanted for nothing. If you're considering the beautiful beaches of Alabama please choose this unit in the Regency Isle!! You will not be disappointed! A beach gal's paradise!

Best beach location
I’ve stayed at several different condos in the orange beach area and this is by far the best. It’s definitely a hidden gem and I plan to be returning at our next beach trip. The large condo is amazing. We spent half of our time on the awesome balcony chairs letting our toddler play and run around. The inside of the condo is so big, much bigger than it seems in the pictures. The inside was kid friendly, did not have to worry about my little one breaking things. Since the condo is smaller, there is no wait for an elevator. After spending the latter part of the week at a larger condo, I cannot express how amazing this location is. Smaller condo = less crowded beach, no elevator wait, quiet.

We really enjoyed our stay. The balcony has great views and the patio furniture was plentiful and very comfortable. The condo was well stocked with everything for the kitchen. Bathrooms were great and the extra half bath was so convenient. Loved the washer /dryer. The ice machine was a very nice thing to have. The only suggestion we would recommend would be to upgrade master mattresses and an updated stovetop. We like to cook a big breakfast and the stove eyes would not flatten for a skillet to sit level. We will definitely stay in this condo again.

Accommodations were beautiful with a very large balcony. Everything you needed was provided. Easy access to the beach, very nice patio area for grilling and children to play, and a beautiful pool with ample seating. Will definitely return to this facility in the future.

Hectic dealing with just trying to get in unit..beds too hard!!! Stayed in 4 other units and were comfortable! Love balconies !!! That is why we stay there. Never stay in this unit again! We go to Regency Isle every year.

Fantastic view from a very large and clean condo. Loved the master bedroom with its own full bath, kids had plenty of room in a 2 bed bedroom with its own full bath. Oversized balcony was perfect for ocean view, plenty of sun and nice furniture. Very clean condo.

The mattresses need urgently replaced. It’s almost like a hole in the king size one. The furniture Is “fluffy”. No support at all. Otherwise the place is great. View and the place almost feels like home. Thx.
