Great location and very spacious, comfortable home. We were a group of 8 and there was plenty of room for everyone. The kid enjoyed the pool after spending the day at the parks.

Conveniently Located Close to Disney

Very clean house close to Disney in a quiet neighborhood. Also close to shopping and restaurants. We have no complaints and would definitely stay here again.

Parks visit

Everything was as described. Great fit for our family. We didn’t cook much, but the unit was fully equipped to do so. Great space for all of us to hang out at night. Communication was top notch

World dance family vacation

The overall experience was great but there were a few maintenance issues. We paid for heated pool, however the pool was not heated. Lightbulbs were burnt out,guest book full, limited fridge shelves to use, ceiling fan did not work. Hot tub acted kind of funky around 10:00pm every night, water would start draining out but full again in the morning. Property was very nice, just need to go over maintenance stuff

Family 2024 Thanksgiving Trip

The property was a short distance from Disney Parks. Loved the house. Family was able to rest and relax after long day at parks in pool and hot tub. Walmart 5 minutes away. Perfect!!

We had an absolutely wonderful time! The house was clean, comfortable and inviting. The drive to and from Disney was an absolute breeze!! The house is also very close to Walmart, restaurants, etc. would definitely book again!!

The property was exactly like it was posted. There was no surprises to what to expect, because it was great. The property was clean and everyone enjoyed the stay. The kids loved being in the pool. The only thing different that I would do is get the heated pool. I would definitely try to rent this house again.

Perfect home!

My husband and I brought our two teenage grandsons on vacation to Orlando to experience Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure. This house was perfect! Well taken care of, and very spacious. Walmart was five minutes away, so making stops for groceries was a breeze. Plenty of restaurants within ten minutes. We drove over to Cocoa beach two days from this home, just a little over an hour drive, and the beach is beautiful and not crowded. Nice pool and neighborhood.

Overall nice, some shortcomings

Overall the propery was nice, exactly as pictured. Very private neighborhood. Close to everything. Very spacious. The shortcomings: The house was obviously cleaned, but perhaps it hadn't been rented in a few weeks as there was a light layer of dust on surfaces. The pool table was useless, all 3 of the pool cues had no tips and the felt had a rip in it. Lastly, the refrigerator had no ice or water despenser; all of the shelves on the refrigerator door were missing; and the bottom drawer is broken.

Spacious property in good location

We booked this property for a family stay to attend a high school graduation. It was a large group with adults and children and the layout of the bedrooms with no stairs was perfect! We had planned to spend alot of time at the house so a pool and hot tub were a must. However, the hot tub didn’t function. The pump was turned off at the breaker. When the pump was turned on at the breaker and you turn the dial to operate the hot tub timer, it just drained the water. Before I could even understand what was happening, it was empty in a matter of about 10 mins, which was a huge safety hazard. I did attempt to contact the owner and management company about the issue. After 2 days a woman came and took some pictures but issue wasn’t resolved. So hot tub doesn’t function.I booked this property back in January but wished I had reviewed the more recent reviews. Lots of minor maintenance issues as others have mentioned. Sliding door was off track but my dad was able to fix it. Carpet was in bad shape with an odd spot in the master room that I continually tripped over. Fridge has limited shelving with no working ice maker. Kitchen was ok but no baking sheets or round cake pans that I found. The internet is poor and simply doesn’t support the streaming TVs and multiple devices. We were lucky to get one tv to stay on at a time let alone 5. Everyone complained, mostly in the evening as we were out and about or swimming during the day. Might not be an issue for some.

Large, comfortable home near Disney

We really appreciated this large, well appointed home for our family vacation. Large beds were very comfortable with great sheets and pillows. Two master bedrooms with king beds and en suite baths that open to pool. Front bedroom has a double (queen?) with full bath next to it. Two middle bedrooms have twins or bunk beds and another full bath. Ceiling fans throughout. There are enough seats at the dining table and in the living room for all 7 of us to gather. The large kitchen had most everything we needed to prepare meals. Fridge cooled well but ice maker was off so there were two ice cube trays instead. There were plenty of towels in the four bathrooms and plenty of hot water for multiple showers in a row or at same time. Check-in was easy and host was responsive to questions. Really easy drive to the parks, very convenient to Walmart and restaurants. No fenced yard but neighborhood is great for dog walking. Pool was nice but hot tub was just warm (98 degrees) so I wouldn’t pay the up-charge just for that again. Would stay again at this house if we do another family Disney trip.

Very disappointed

The property is advertised as having a hot tub, but once you get the check in email you find out you have to pay for it daily $25. So we had a cold pool and spa. Fridge is missing half the shelves so doesn’t hold much. Not very cold. For as many people as this house holds there is not enough kitchen supplies or towels and wash clothes. Only 1 key for the property so very inconvenient to have to put it in the lock box everytime. Beds are hard. Half the lights in the house do not work. Pool was dirty. Screen around porch is tore up and unattached allowing a lot of insects inside. Had to deal with wasp and lizards and even a snake in the pool. Dryer takes multiple cycles to dry clothes. Pool table doesn’t even have pool sticks with cues on them. They literally are wood sticks so we couldn’t play afraid we would tear the table. Very dissatisfying!
