“It was a beautiful property with amazing Mountain View’s. There was no official walking trails to go out and enjoy the view and cool morning weather. Bed was very comfortable, we slept well. Room was very clean and spacious, pool was nice, a movie was playing for the kids, no fence around it. Staff were very kind and helpful. We were greeted by every staff we encountered and asked us if we needed anything. We would definitely recommend this beautiful resort. Check out was easy we joined the……

“Unfortunately, the condition upon arrival was unacceptable. • Bathroom sink would not drain • Mattress and pad had a large visible urine stain and pillows had stains • Mold in bathroom, chairs with food and mold under cushions • Kitchen dishes, utensils and cookware sparse and very worn • Overall cleanliness below reasonable standards When we contacted BnB My Place, they refused to speak by phone and required photo documentation before taking any action.
