“Unfortunately, the condition upon arrival was unacceptable. • Bathroom sink would not drain • Mattress and pad had a large visible urine stain and pillows had stains • Mold in bathroom, chairs with food and mold under cushions • Kitchen dishes, utensils and cookware sparse and very worn • Overall cleanliness below reasonable standards When we contacted BnB My Place, they refused to speak by phone and required photo documentation before taking any action. Their published “emergency” number……

“Check in was the worst check in I have experienced in the 20 years I have used VRBO. I received no check in information the day of arrival. I messaged the host and received a message back saying I needed to fill out the damage waiver prior to receiving check in information. “I reached out months ahead of time, to ask if they had a crockpot in the unit. This was important to us, as we had special Thanksgiving plans. They said yes, so we didn't bring one. That was not true. It also said it slept 4, on queen beds. Also not true. I had to buy an air bed, and a can opener. But it was very cute. We loved it, just wish we could have been more prepared”

“The room was clean, typical amenities, except for having controls over the ac/heat. When i checked in i was informed they control the temperature in the room which, i found was not comfortable for me. I would not stay in the room in the summer months since i was informed they keep the temperature at 80 during the day. I had to keep the inside door open at all times and the ceiling fan on to be able to sleep. I also thought it was in poor taste to advertise their personal political opinions on……
