“IHG hotels are always reliable, and this one was no exception. The hotel is located in a quiet area, and everything was clean and tidy. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. However, the soundproofing was poor — I could clearly hear footsteps from the room above. In addition, the air conditioning was quite noisy, which affected the overall comfort of the stay.”

“They actually upgraded our room since it was our 45th Wedding Anniversary, also brought a complimentary piece of cake to room. Room was waterfront and very nice. then downstairs at bar they gave us extra champagne in our glass because it was our anniversary. No complaints at all.”
