The residence Capra Scorsa is constituted small houses contiguous, the apartment of 75 m2 is located in the heart of Balagne, between Ile Rousse and Saint-Florent.

Ottimo centro x bikers. Quasi sempre strade ottime x Palasca, Belgodere, Speloncato. Per non citare poi Col di Battaglia a 1103 m. Appartamento dotatissimo, ampio (70 mq), e una spiaggia a 200 m. dal residence. Difficile trovare di meglio

Un appartement spacieux et bien placé
Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour. L’appartement assez grand est très agréable. Il a tout ce qu’il faut en équipement surtout avec de jeunes enfants. La Clim est un plus. La résidence est calme et dotée de belles piscines. Proche de la plage et des commerces, on peut faire beaucoup de choses à pied. Nous gardons l’adresse!

Vacances idéales
Séjour très agréable : le lieu de résidence est idéal , il permet autant le farniente (avec piscines et belles plages à proximité), les excursions et visites (nombreuses aux alentours), que les pratiques sportives (vélos électriques ou non, planche, paddle, kayak, snorkling) avec possibilité de location à côté. L’appartement en rez de jardin est particulièrement bien orienté, avec une terrasse pour les repas à l’ombre sans vis-à-vis et un espace transat plus au soleil. L’environnement de la location est fleuri et très agréable et l’accessibilité à la piscine et à la plage à pied (petit bémol pour la traversée de la route assez passagère) est un vrai plus. La proximité des commerces permet de ne se concentrer que sur ses vacances, ce qui est très appréciable. Autant d’atouts réunis nous amènent à recommander cette location toutes commodités sans hésiter.

Excellente location
La location est très spacieuse et agréable, avec un accès terrasse RDC très appréciable, sans vis-à-vis. Tout le confort nécessaire est disponible. L'accès aux 2 piscines des résidences est possible et très proche; de même l'accès à la plage de Lozari se fait à pieds en quelques minutes. Claudie et son époux ont été très serviables et réactifs quand nous avons eu besoin de leurs services, et je les remercie à nouveau. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille!

Fonctionnel bien équipé et bien situé
Appartement très bien équipé. Il ne manque rien mis à part peut-être un fer à repasser. Situation parfaite, à moins de 10 minutes de l’Île-Rousse Et à distance raisonnable des rivières et des autres stations balnéaires comme Saint-Florent et Calvi. Calme. Jolie résidence avec accès à deux piscines. Et accès rapide à la mer par un petit chemin. Commerces et restaurants de proximité très sympathiques avec une petite place publique ou des chanteurs locaux se produisent en soirée.

Beau logement, spacieux, bien équipé dans belle résidence avec accès à 2 piscine. Le centre commercial est a 5min à pied et concert de musique gratuit tous les soirs (periode du mois d août). Adresse à retenir !
