"A great hotel in a great location! Our room was fantastic and as wonderful as it seems from viewing on the internet. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Fastest check-in time we have ever experienced. Facility is great and the grounds kept up with very well! Great dog amenities and the breakfast was superb. Me and my family and pets will for sure be staying here again. Thank you!"

"Our stay was less than ideal. We arrived at 3:00 and were told by the girl at the front desk that our room was not ready…check in is at 3pm so I’m not sure why it wasn’t ready. Also when I asked why her response was “house keeping runs on their own time” she was rude and short, she was texting and on her phone the whole time she was interacting with us, seemed like we were interrupting her by being there..our room wasn’t ready until after 4pm. We have a 10 month old baby who was not happy, we planned our day around checkin being at 3pm. This was not acceptable. On top of everything it was a first floor room which we did not want but didn’t want to wait another hour for that room to be ready. This hotel seemed very disorganized. Will not be returning. "

" Breakfast menu was fresh every morning, staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. We could get fresh clean towels daily. When we travel back to this area i will book at this hotel again. "
