“The house is so charming and very clean. It had everything you need. We l Ioved the neighborhood, perfect for walking. The beds and pillows are so comfortable. The water pressure is great in the shower. New washer and dryer, so nice to have. Mom is ready to go again. ”

“We greatly enjoyed our stay over 4th of July!!!! The condo was very clean, well decorated, and had the most comfy beds and couch! The condo was so well stocked with literally everything you may need…beach towels, wagons, mini coolers, beach chairs, you name it! The building is an older building, however when you step inside the condo you forget about it being older with how well taken care of “pretty” the inside is. I think our favorite part was not having to hike miles to get to the ocean/sand!……

“Amazing place to stay in Sebastian. Walking distance from several restaurants, including an Italian restaurant with the best garlic rolls we've ever had and some of the best pizza! We took a few day trips out to Sebastian Inlet State Park and saw dolphins, manatees, crabs, a sting ray and lots of fish. We think snorkeling there will be better in the summer time. Our place was well equipped with any kitchen items one would need and beds were comfortable. The washer and dryer were a little bit……

“I really appreciated the clean covers on the couch, the beach towels for our use, the laundry area was pristine and quality. The couches were comfortable and chairs for evenings after a beach day. The view is greeting you everywhere you go in this unit. There is construction, we were well aware. The master bedroom is huge, would love a master bathroom in that room. This area feels safe, pretty quiet and clean. East Coast living does a great job dealing with anything that comes up. The pool was……
