Perfect Home for Group of Active Men

We enjoyed the home very much. We are a group of men who play tennis and other sports, and the pickleball court, ping pong table, corn hole game, and game room were used extensively. The grounds are like being at a resort and worked perfectly for us. I highly recommend this home!

Great venue

Excellent property, awsum kitchen pool area, we will re rent if available for next visit. The only issue was we did not have the name of the gated complex so it took a bit to find the place.. simple fix just add the name of the gated community

Amazing house!

This house was beautiful and large. It accommodated our group of 12 adults perfectly. The neighborhood was very nice as well. The master bedroom and kitchen are very spacious. The pool is where we spent most of our days. would definitely recommend this house for a perfect relaxing getaway :)

Perfect family getaway :)

This place has everything you need. All kitchen appliances are available and clean. You will love the pool and jacuzzi at night. My entire family truly enjoyed staying there for 4 days. We will definitely come back again. The customer service was phenomenal as well. I really appreciate AvanStay to make our family trip perfect.

Perfect accommodations for group of 11!

Our multi-family group of 11 fully enjoyed our 2-night stay at this beautiful estate. The resort-like setting is amazing and well maintained. The bedrooms are spacious and the master suite is incredible. The gated entry is impressive and our overall visit surpassed our expectations. We look forward to visiting this property again in the future and thank the entire team for making our stay such a pleasurable experience.

Family vacation 2023

In spite of118 degrees summer heat, this was a wonderful retreat for the weekend. The facilities marched the on-line description and more. The support from management was very good. We recommend this property very highly!

Great house for families

We stayed here with my full extended family (6 kids ages 2-8, 8 adults) and it really was perfect. The yard is amazing, fenced in pool was exactly what we needed given the ages of our kids, and the older generation (grandparents) stayed in the casita which gave them a bit of space from the louder young kids. We liked being not right in the middle of everything and we had tons of fun exploring the zoo and hikes in the area. We’ll definitely be back!

Great house!

We had the best time! Everything was great with the house. The only issue was all the AC vents were closed so the house was warm when we got there. But the house is perfect for bigger groups and we really enjoyed our time there!

Our family of 14 had plenty of space at this modern desert home. The home was fully stocked and set up to be the perfect resort style get away. The entire family BBQ'd and Swam throughout the day/nights, couldn't have been a better escape

Perfect Family Vacation

The house was perfect for our family! It was exactly as pictured in the photos and we had plenty of space for our large group. The pool is amazing! Perfect for young kids and adults alike. The kitchen was one of the best stocked kitchens for a VRBO that we have ever stayed in. Plenty of dishes and tools and pans and kitchen equipment. We would definitely come back to stay again!

Thanksgiving week

The property was perfect for our family and our plans. The property description was very accurate. I do recommend that you add into the description that the cost to heat the pool is $200/day. Also, recommend cleaning the tile floors between visits. Close to zoo and tramway which were really fun experiences.

Great family week

Great location and room for all. Kitchen a little lacking in supplies. House will need a little refreshing (paint, etc.) before too long. Staff was very attentive and responded almost immediately to questions. All in all a great stay.

An Oasis of Family time!

Our weekend getaway with all five of our adult children, spouses and grandchildren. House was spotless clean, more than accommodating. Many memories were made around the pool, cooking in the kitchen and sharing time together. Property manager was more than helpful with any of our needs. Very spacious rooms. Master suite is spectacular!

Yearly Desert Family Trip

We had our three children and their spouses and 6 grandchildren and two small dogs on our yearly desert trip. A total of 14 that fit comfortably on this property. The house was clean and the yard was nice. I would recommend TVs in more of the bedrooms. Other than this we had a wonderful time.

Extended family vacation/get together

My family, my parents, my sister and her family (10 adults including four late teenagers) all met in Palm Springs just prior to the holidays. This was the perfect property for us. The house was spacious, including the Casita, and was perfect for a larger group like ours. There were plenty of beds, bathrooms, and TV's. The outdoor space was a major factor in choosing this property. The grill, firepit, and patio were wonderful, and although we did not use the pool - it did look nice, the spa was always well heated, and the pickleball court was a major highlight for us. The home is in a nice quiet neighborhood and centrally located. The management company was always available and responsive. This is a great property and I would 100% stay there again if I return to the area.

Quick escape from LA getaway that didn’t disappoint!

We really enjoyed our short stay here. The house was super clean upon arrival, probably the cleanest house we’ve stayed in. The home itself was really spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The backyard was an oasis, the pool was very clean and we spent most of our time in it. We enjoyed the cornhole gameplay along with some other board games. The one thing the house was lacking was kitchen tools. We planned on cooking all of our meals, so we had to adjust will what was provided. Next time, I will just plan to bring some items from home. We had some technical issues with heating the pool, but the concierge staff handled it for us very quickly. We enjoyed our stay so much, we’ve booked a longer stay in May. Also, we brought our 2 little dogs with us and it was perfect for them. We even received a nice welcome basket with items including dog treats and toys. 5 star service for sure!

Family Trip

We searched extensively for properties on VRBO and ended up choosing this one. The house was very clean, lots of room, and had a nice backyard. AvantStay manages this property and the local manager did an outstanding job with a few challenges we had. Our biggest disappointment was that the featured fire pit my wife and daughters wanted did not work due to gas line repairs. They dropped off a small gas pit as a nice gesture. The lights on the pool And spa did not work. I was able to get the pool Lights to work at the breaker and the spa lights got fixed our last night. There were some flies upon our arrival. They dropped off some Bug spray for them as fly machines were not available. The hot water in the shower/tub takes about 10 minutes to warm up. Not a big deal but I had to clean the pool everyday because of lawn debris being blown into the pool. It would of been helpful if there were instructions on how to operate the RV remotes for TVs as there were multiple. You pay an extra fee as Avantstay manages this property. Their local manager gets a lot of credit in doing what he could to work through issues we experienced. Nice big house, clean, just need to ensure everything is working as advertised.

Excellent Family Friendly Getaway Location

We booked this trip with my family, my sister’s family and our mom for a summer getaway to celebrate my mom and daughter’s birthdays. We had 5 adults and 5 kids and our dogs and there was plenty of room for all of us in this gorgeous home! It is a beautiful home, just as the photos show and the listing describes. We loved the fun backyard with plenty of room for games, lounging in and by the pool and watching tv in the shade. The large living room and kitchen were so nice to make dinner and hang out with the whole gang. This house was so clean and has everything you could possibly think of. There were plenty of towels, blankets, pillows, kitchen essentials & gadgets, etc. The perfect home to stay at and not have to worry about forgetting something at home. More than any other property that we have rented before. We received the codes ahead of time as they promised. We did have an issue with the code to get in the front door but we just called the number provided and they took care of it immediately. The only real complaints that I can think of are that the bar stools were a little low so it was hard to sit at the bar comfortably. We also had an issue with the flies. We appreciated they provided us with electric fly swatters but there were so many flies perhaps there might be an additional solution for this time of year. The property managment company is exceptional to work with and we would most definitely stay at this property again! Thank you for the amazing property and helping make our family getaway so memorable!

Excellent property - It was definitely worth the stay!

First, I want to thank the hosts and the property manager for accommodating our group and offering us their beautiful property. The hosts and property manager were very prompt in responding to our request to book and in following up with all of our further inquiries. I would highly recommend renting from these persons for anyone looking for a vacation property. Now to the review: 5/5 Stars; Excellent property and amenities! Also, the premises are handicap accessible, which was a huge plus for us. If this property is available during your travel dates, then do not miss the opportunity to spend your vacation in an amazing home with a beautiful backyard. The premises were well maintained – both inside and out – and all appliances and furniture was new and up to date. The open layout of the living room, kitchen, and patio made the experience very enjoyable and helped keep everyone feeling as if we were together, even though we were rooms apart. The check in/check out process was very simple and stress free. The neighborhood is a gated community and it is well kept and clean. The house has 6 awesome bedrooms. The master was very spacious with a large shower, large bathtub, and 2 mirrors. The other bedrooms in the house were well furnished and the linens were all clean. The sixth bedroom is a private casita style room that is accessible from the front entrance of the property – but not from inside the main home. There are a variety of different pillows to choose from, all of which were extremely comfortable. Also, there were plenty of extra linens in case of a need to change any sheets. The house has 4 clean bathrooms. The master has its own huge bathroom and so does the casita style bedroom. There are 2 other guest bathrooms spread throughout the house. The bathrooms were all very clean and stocked with towels, toilet paper, soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The pool was amazing and not too deep so persons can walk while submerged in chest deep water. The backyard is definitely one of the coolest parts about this property because the shaded seating area and heated pool allow for extreme fun in the sun. Although this property is literally in the middle of a dessert, once you walk into the backyard it is as if you have walked into a green oasis.
