beach and ocean great, property and suite no so great

Ocean, Pineapple Willies and Beach staff were highlights. Property maintenance and cleanliness were far below even the bottom end of our acceptable range. The suite was very dated that couuld be overlooked if maintenance and cleanliness were not such an issue, as in being very poor. The beds were very comfortable and the views were great, but everything else fell very short and the online presence of the suite and the property were very successful in hiding the lack of maintenance and cleanliness. Would nevere use a Vacasa property again, pictures available if requested.

Im not happy. And quite frankly the list of things thats wrong in that unit is likely too long to fit here.1. Listing said double sleeper sofa. There's NO sleeper, only aSofa. I have a problem with this considering the actually listing says it does. It is a very old sectional that is in sad shape, with none of the pieces connected to each other.2. FILTH under the whole sofa that you can see just standing in the room.3. Pull for releasing the recliner on the left side of sofa (facing it) is completely broken off and was found inside a piece of decor on the TV console.4. Lamp in corner has no switch. Its completely broken off.5.Multiple water stains on ceiling and in one spot even moldy.6.Refrigerator doesnt really get very cold and the center part inside, that divides left side from right, gets extremely hot.7. FILTH in the inside bottom of the kitchen trashcan. Honestly Im not certain thats all but it should be enough. Im trying to do this on the app and its not allowing me to upload the pictures I have. Please advise an email address I can send them to.I will look forward to your reply.

Condo was fine but area was not safe

I will not bring my family back to this area of Florida. It was not a safe place for a family. My grandchildren saw someone arrested, heard foul language, and saw too much that young eyes should not see.

This property needs to be completely cleaned and repaired!

Walls and ceiling need paint. Screws fell out of curtain bracket. Toaster didn't work. Two smoke detectors missing. One smoke detector beeping. Bathroom fan fell off the ceiling. Fridge/freezer indicated "replace air and filter". "Hot" light strip resting on top of a kitchen sign. Carroded batteries in a wall clock. Loose EVP floor tiles; some floor tiles were duct taped down. Sofa cushions have no support, can feel metal rods when you sit. Dishwasher quit working after one week. No potholders. Mismatched dishes; only 3 drinking glasses; only 3 wine glasses. No blankets. We spent minimum of 4 hours just cleaning this condo when we arrived. Sent pictures to Vacas and texted each issue. They asked for copies of cleaning supplies so they could reimburse us. Haven't seen any reimbursement for that expense. I have pictures of everything. Saved the texts. Saved the detailed email. Vacasa was not very responsive. VRBO should never have accepted a condo in this poor of condition. Shame on the owners, VRBO and Vacasa!! We were extremely disappointed in staying here. There should be a substantial reimbursement to us for what we paid for 2 weeks.

Convenient and enjoyable

We enjoyed our quick weekend trip. It’s off season and we were there for a sporting event and this condo gave us a great place to relax in the little off time we had. Great communication with the property management company.

Panama Beach Christmas Trip

Enjoyed stay. Condo perfect size for our family of seven. Wrap around terrace was great. A few items in condo did not work including one of the DVD players and water dispenser in refrigerator. Overall enjoyed stay and thought it was a fair price.

Lovely place & location

We definitely enjoyed our stay here. It was perfect for our little one with the kiddie pool steps from our front door. There are also 3 different pools, a putt putt, & gym. Not to mention the many restaurants. You do have to pay for a parking pass and wristbands. The time we came was perfect. We will be back!

1st PCB stay

Loved the condo. Everybody had ample space. Only complaints were the tv in the bunk area wouldnt connect and the ice make didnt work. Our last day we had no water and wasnt aware it was happening until after. We were very close to all the places we wanted to see.

Location was great property not so much

The listening is misleading, there is not queen bed . It’s a couch. There was ALOT of damages . Broken floors , broken couch, dirty all around. The air didn’t work for a day an a half.

Location

The unit is located in a very convenient part of the resort from the south parking. For some reason, the code for the unit door keypad was randomly changed so we had to make a phone call at midnight, that took 15 minutes to get connected, just to get the code to gain access to the unit. Not sure if that’s a property manager/ owner issue or the resorts but that’s honestly my only complaint! Still 5 stars!

Family Vacation

We loved our stay. We were able to make ourselves at home and were plenty comfortable. I loved that they had a highchair and playpen that I was able to let her sleep in.

Great location

The resort was nice. The condo is in a great location with Walmart and businesses within walking distance. The balcony offers great views of the lake with glimpses of the ocean from the side. Overall the decorations were nice, but not as pictured. The comforter were missing and it felt a little bare. The beds were comfortable though. The walls need to be cleaned, the tvs in the bunk area didn't work for us, but luckily we didn't need it since it was a couples trip. Also the kitchen had the bare necessities, they need new cutlery and dishes because one of the glass tumblers had a crack in it and there isn't a fork in sight. Also the foot rest of chairs to the table set kept coming loose and we had to pop it back in place. However, the layout was nice for couples. Despite the issue above, overall it was nice. We enjoyed it. We would stay again with a few minor changes.
