Gorgeous View!!

The condo was exactly as presented on VRBO. Very clean, except we found an open pocket knife on top of the refrigerator. I can see how it was missed, my 6’5” husband spotted it. Most people aren’t that tall. Also be advised if you stay when the month rolls over your code may expire. However, the host was always available and very prompt at handling anything that we needed. The master bed was like sleeping on marshmallows!! Very comfy!! We were able to watch the sunset every night. Overall, yes we would stay again. We plan to book again next year.

Peaceful Retreat

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo. It was the perfect spot to relax. It was clean and comfortable. Plenty of parking, lots of sunshine, comfortable chairs on the balcony. The coffee was an added bonus. If you don’t want to bring chairs and an umbrella you can rent them and they have them already set up for you. We enjoyed every bite and drink we ordered from the little pool bar/ restaurant.

Such a pleasant experience

Paula is awesome! She is quick to respond and super willing to accommodate you in anyway possible. The condo itself was FANTASTIC exactly as described. Precious. Easy access. Clean. We had the best time. Of course we were at the BEACH and it doesn’t get much better but we, also, enjoyed the condo while we were there. Clean pool area. Beach front. Pleasant staff. Friendly guest. All around pleasant experience and will definitely be booking again!

Nice condo

We had a great trip to Panama city beach! The owner was very kind and responsive to messages. I disliked all of the crazy rules of the complex and the "rent a cops" they have patrolling the pool areas. It definitely was not a place I would return with my children for this reason. We were really looking forward to enjoying the pool but you simply arent allowed to have fun here. You get a warning flr any splashing which was completely over the top.

Great condo

We loved the location. The condo was great, it had everything we needed. The beach wasn't crowded in front. My only con is the strict pool rules. We had a great stay at the Boardwalk and would book again.

Fun times

Unit was just as pictured. Check in process was super quick and easy. There wasn’t any communication between myself and the property manager needed during my stay so I couldn’t give a good rating on that aspect but I am happy there were no issues that occurred. The chairs outside on the balcony could use some new cushions but that definitely did not stop us from enjoying the beautiful view. I never received any check out instructions (only the time to check out) so just winged it based on past experiences from staying at other units located on this property.

Great Location

First of all you can not beat the location!! Right on the beach, in the middle of all the fun. We never had to drive more than 5 miles to get to anything but your also walking distance to a lot. (Walmart, pineapple Willy’s, surf shops, liquor stores, etc. The grounds and building were kept immaculate! Everyday there were people cleaning. The lobby always smelled so good. The location was right on the water. The view from our balcony was breathtaking. The water was perfect!!! Didn’t see any seaweed, NONE!! Beds were very comfortable!! A/C worked great also! Decor was very nice with a beachy theme. Washer and dryer are very loud though. Big fridge but unfortunately had no ice maker or ice trays! The one draw back we found was the pool! Pool was great, but they enforce EVERY rule! To the point it was kind of obnoxious! We watched 4 ladies and their kids get kicked out of pool because their bottoms were to “cheeky”! So unless you have a FULL coverage bottom you are not allowed in pool. Even if your kids throw a fit, scream, or cry….. you still got to go!! With the way bathing suits are made these days, it hard not to find a cheeky bathing suit!!!! Felt this was way over kill!! Me along with several other guests did not understand this and thought it was ridiculous!! 4 and 5 year olds were getting scolded for even walking fast! Overall condo was great! Our host communication was great … we will definitely be back!!

Nice Place!

Perfect size condo for the two of us. The pool is very nice with a tiki bar on site. Security is friendly and keeps the grounds nice. The kids have to get out of the pool the last 10 mins of every hour which is nice for adults to have a few minutes. The condo was clean and wrist bands ready. Easy access to the beach with a jet ski rental right out the walk way. The parking pass was not there when we got to the room, but they property manager got us the pass very quickly after we got in. The main tv was a little difficult to figure out how to turn on regular tv, but we didn’t really use it anyways. There was a roll of paper towels and a starter laundry pods and dish soap which was really nice to have! Parking was always available even though they were doing some work on certain spots. The elevators for the most part were pretty quick for these types of condos, with a few exceptions while they were painting. Would certainly stay again!

The Perfect Stay

Location was perfect and the Condo was great! We loved the space within the condo and the Tiki Bar and Corner Store was a big plus. Employees were very friendly and made sure we were taking care of. A previous review stated the condo wasn’t clean, but in my opinion it was fine. As much as a place can be clean that is sitting on a beach, which is hard to keep clean, it was well kept up. We will definitely be back again!

Spring Break

The property was very clean and nicely decorated. The location was great walking distance to the bars /restaurants/ shopping. We also enjoyed the Tiki Bar ! It worked great for several days on Spring Break. It's one of the nicer properties in Panama City Beach!

This place suited our needs

Communication with the host was excellent! We booked our stay last minute because our reservation at a different place (through Airbnb) was cancelled by the host last minute while we were in route. The host was very friendly and accommodating as were all the staff on site. A nice beachside bar/restaurant is on site. The cleanliness of the unit was lacking a bit, and there are absolutely no essentials there (ie: TP, coffee filters that fit the coffee maker, not even any salt and pepper). If you stay here, make sure to bring a few necessities with you. We found the bed to be very comfortable, and we enjoyed the location. The pool was VERY nice and fairly warm. A nice and affordable golf course is right across the street. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!
