Great Condo

We had a wonderful stay. The balcony was huge, well furnished and the view was incredible! The condo was spacious, beautifully decorated and very clean! It was located close to anything you could possibly need. The beach chairs and umbrella service was a great bonus! Watching military jets and choppers fly overhead was awesome! I would highly recommend staying here!

Excellent condo

We stayed here on our fall break. October 5th through the 12th. The condo had everything that we needed. The beach service was a plus that the kids enjoyed. We will definitely be back to stay here again

Peaceful Girls Trip

The condo was clean, and spacious. Loved the big balcony, and the direct beach view. The two bedrooms and two bathrooms made it the perfect place for our girls trip. The condo had everything that we needed to make our week there comfortable. The included beach chairs and umbrella were nice. And we loved that it was not on the busy end of PCB. Were looking forward to staying there again in the future.

The property itself was decent. Amazing balcony. There was a list of issues with the condo(pic)upon arrival. I contacted the host (mainly so it was known that we inherited the issues.) 1st issue for me, I was told to submit a work order. (Pic). I did not because it seemed weird I was told do. The next day(Mon), I come back to the condo to find someone inside. I had no knowledge of the visit. All the issues were fixed except the sleeper sofa. An apt was setup for sleeper to be repaired 2 days later (wed). Two men came in Wed and looked at the sleeper sofa and stated that it could not be repaired. Upon return home from vacation, I reached out to property manager (pic)through multiple channels. He handled the situation like a bully and plain out lied by saying the sofa was repaired. Pics of the conversation below. Haven't heard anything back since inviting him to double check the sleeper sofa. The physical condo itself gets a 3/5 stars. The property manager gets a 1/5 stars.

Beautifull Balcony View!

We had a wonderful time here for our anniversary getaway. Quiet area yet still within close driving distance to area attractions. Wonderful restaurant across from condo if you would like to order take out and eat on the beach or balcony. When you walk out on the ground floor you are just steps away from the sand. Our favorite part was the gorgeous view of the ocean from the condo and balcony. .

The location is great not too busy but still within walking distance to the stores, food or bars. The condo was clean well furnished. I suppose some people would say it is dated we thought it was a home from home. We didn’t feel the need to walk on eggs shells. The balcony is very roomy lots of option to sit in sun or shade.

Property was a good location, nice condo. However, there are maintenance issues. Door does not lock properly, transition in bedroom is broken and was a hazard. Remote control doesn’t work properly in living room. Contacted property with no response all week.

Anniversary Trip

We had a great stay! We have stayed in one other condo at Emerald Isle. They were both tastefully decorated and very comfortable beds and LR furniture. The oven works on convection, I believe, we didn't know how to best operate. No problem for us just slight inconvenience. The master bedroom is outstanding with view of the ocean! Didn't use the 2nd bedroom except for dressing room and 2nd bathroom for my husband. We appreciated the extra space! Enjoyed beach chairs and umbrella's as that was our main purpose, to spend time on the beach. The young man setting up chairs was helpful and friendly. Enjoyed retirees who were there and met some owners. Super nice people! Spent time in the hot tub and steam room. all were super clean and the heated pool was perfection! We will book extra days next year! Only suggestion to improve is communication via email was slow took days for a quick response. A cover letter about general information was confusing to me, seemed to be a generic letter that didn't apply to our rental. Blackout curtains in the LR-- a must to keep cooling costs down and provide best afternoon experience for guests. The balcony, which is to die for btw, is much too sunny and hot after 3 pm and the LR is same. Blinding sun only lasts for a few hours. but I can't imagine waking on the sofa at wee hours of the morning. Master shower lines hot/cold-- crossed-- FYI

Location was great, condo was clean. We had everything we needed to cook with for the week and ample blankets, towels and wash cloths. The balcony was our favorite part. It was large and the furniture was comfy. The only complaint was from our kids, who said the 2 beds in their room could have been a little more comfortable.

One complaint we have this time, on Thursday, while we were hanging out on the balcony, the security guard opened the balcony door & announced they were there for "pest control". We were not happy, not being notified prior to them letting themselves in. A simple email or phone call would have been nice beforehand. & just for the record - we did not notice any pest issues!
