What is great about our unit?
Our resort is beachfront with no walkovers. Your view of the Gulf is majestic from the Living and MBR.
There are NO amenity fees upon arrival with our rental.
It is one of the NICEST units in The Shores of Panama. It has been professionally remodeled with beautiful furniture, fresh colors and loaded with original art. There is no carpet anywhere...all hard surface floors. It has a DOUBLE balcony with master and living room breathtaking views.
1 vehicle is allowed in garage and there is paid city overflow parking down the street or fcfs limited extra parking in garage.
We have a NEW high capacity washer and dryer for your convenience. It will come in handy on week stays.
This unit comes with one FRONT reserved parking spot in the most convenient location on the 2nd floor garage and is conveniently located close to the elevator. Elevators and stairs are only feet away from the entry to the room. We have a total of 3 condos very close to each other in the building so please ask for groups.
Parking is on beach side with elevator close to unit, no long walking to your car.
The bunk room has a door, smart tv, and closet as well as private bath. The bottom bunk is a FULL size.
The MBR has a king size bed and is a large room with smart tv, full bath and closet. There is also a desk and chair for remote work. View is straight out to the gulf.
The living room has a sofa with a queen pull out mattress. Please note the stucco is being repaired on the building and there will be possible noise. Our balcony stucco is COMPLETED with an unobstructed view so there is no risk of closure or workers on our balcony.
This is an artist's personal condo completely remodeled and furnished with upscale decor with comfort in mind. You have to visit with us at least once!! You will want to come back to The Shores of Panama often. Not your average rental condo!!
We are located on the 16th floor. Attention to detail is top priority to make your stay like home.
PLEASE NOTE
Tropical storms and hurricanes are not uncommon May through October. We do not refund, change dates or offer concessions during extreme weather. Please plan accordingly and purchase travel insurance. It is easy to obtain and available through multiple companies. Just google travel insurance.

The pool is approximately 18,000 sq. feet with 468 feet of gulf frontage. There is also an indoor heated pool and workout room.

The stay was amazing, clean place, beautiful view, great pool and beach access. The best part was how close the parking spot was to the elevator. walked right out and was the second car, and then the condo was the first one on the floor. made packing/unpacking so easy!! definitely recommend!

My family and I were a guest of Shores of Panama for a week and had a wonderful time! The communication with our host was exceptional! The only con of the whole stay was the elevator as there were multiple times we had to wait 10 minutes for it to pick us up (we were on the 16th floor, out of 23). One of the best conveniences of the stay was having Wal Mart across the road, walking distance, of the hotel. I recommend staying here but make sure if you do, get a room on the same floor you park, otherwise you will be waiting a good amount of time for the elevator.

Very nice location and cute place to stay.

Very well maintained and roomy. Nice views. Owner was very helpful and quick to answer questions. Only real complaint is what they had for cookware. That could be updated with nicer cookware. Other then that the place was very nice. I would stay there again.

Excellent Condo!

My friend and I stayed in this condo for a girls weekend getaway, the condo is beautifully decorated and super clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to stay in the same condo again! Stephanie was a joy to work with and was readily available if we needed her, but we had absolutely no problems. There is a great view from the large balcony and from the master bedroom! perfect location!

Home away from home

We had an amazing stay. Even before we booked, I messaged Stephanie with a few questions. She was quick to respond and gave answers that helped make my decision. The property is beautiful. The pool was one of the best we saw. Beach Service was a deciding factor for us. This property didn’t include it but there is a hut right in front of the property that will set you up with chairs for the day. So easy. They even have beach activities you can purchase there. The owner gave great recommendations on things to do while in town. The condo was clean and had plenty of space for what we needed. The view from the balcony is spectacular. The main bedroom area is huge. The second bedroom is smaller, as expected, but there is plenty of room to sleep and put your clothes and that bathroom is big. The kitchen had everything we needed. If we come back to PCB, we will stay again!

We had a great stay here. Stephanie was very quick to respond and gave great information for the condo/property. This condo also provided things we have had to bring with us in the past…… extra toilet paper, paper towels, snack bags, dish soap etc. We will definitely be back.

The condo itself was amazing!

We loved absolutely everything about the condo itself. We love the guards at the entrances and all the gates. We just happen to go during spring break and it’s directly beside pineapple, willies, and we could not even see the beach from the crowds of people, but that was our own fault to no fault of the condo itself.

WONDERFUL PROPERTY & HOSTS!!!!

I could never recommend this place or the hosts enough! We had a wonderful stay in a perfectly clean and stocked (toilet paper, towels, wash cloths, dish washing liquid, feminine hygiene products, chairs, sand buckets, etc.) room! Our stay here was magnificent and the hosts were so generous and kind. I 100% recommend this property. Hoping to be able to book with the same host in the future!

Long weekend

This place has an amazing view and you can relax on the balcony and listen to the waves. Unit has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms along with a living room/kitchen area. Everything was comfortable and stocked. The bunk room is small with no where to put suitcases, but still worth it to have the separate space! The beach access was nice and we also enjoyed the outdoor hot tub. The indoor pool was closed our entire stay which was kind of a bummer since I knew it would be too cold to swim outside and looked for a place with an indoor pool. Plenty to do in the area as well.

Nice vacation

We had a good experience from checking into parking area until we left for home today. Everybody was very friendly and helpful. The workers acted like they enjoyed their work. Our parking place was near the elevator and the elevator was close to our condo. The only complaint I have is the weather was not as warm as I would have liked but nothing could be done about that! We had a little glitch with our TV but as soon as Stephanie was aware of it, it was corrected in minutes. I have no complaints, great experience!

Top Notch place

This condo was a dream. The view from our 16th floor condo was amazing. Stephanie was very good at responding to any questions and was super helpful. We would definitely come back just maybe not in January. We missed Pineapple Willy's since they were closed for some work but we will be back.
