Had problem getting in the first day(didn't get code). then we got the AC unit was completly off and then it wouldn't turn on at all. So we called the # and they send out the handy man came around 10:00pm . So then we we'er forced to open up the windows/doors and then accused us of us be the issue why the AC was not working . when again it was totall & completely Off. then they sent a total of 5 people to try and fix it and no fixed it till the last guy who finally got to work right after three days of it not working and us having to dummp out what so it would throw some kind of air and not even sleep to make sure the the water did not over flow , and it would not stop blowing out some kind of air . And them a not even acknowledging all our pain and sufferings or even offereing some kind of credit . So i had to dispute the charges w/ my credit card. Now we did have a little incident w/golf cart but i took responsibility foe and sent then a check for all the charge and the took some money on my card too, but since i'm disputing the charge of the cost the cred card wont let me charge any other charges to w clarify the correct charge so i inf. them i was sending them a check though the mail and the texted me back w/ an okay , So i asume it okay, haven't heard from them again . And another thing they only communicated though text no call at i tried calling and no answer just voice mail and they always text.
