The condo was great! Loved the layout. Had a problem with the door code changing before 10:00 checkout but was fixed upon calling the host agency. The elevator waits were the only drawback (during peak hours anyway). A great place for kids & enjoyed the free round of golf. Would recommend for families with young children

Beautiful room

First time staying in this particular room. It was very spacious and the 3 door balconies 😍. Decorated beautiful, everything you could need was provided. Comfortable beds. My only complaint would be the smell, we sprayed but it persistented. Overall it was a wonderful stayed and love to stay here again!

Our Star at Splash Resort

Clean

We enjoyed our week at this VRBO. The condo was clean with plenty of linens and towels. The only complaint I would have is we went mid May and the pool was absolutely freezing. I know you can’t predict weather months in advance but if you have little ones the pool is NOT heated. The splash pad is very dated and wasn’t on but just 2 days of the 6 we were there. Other than that we enjoyed the week!

Amazing Condo with a Gorgeous View!

The condo was exactly as described and was clean and beautifully decorated! I was nervous after reading other peoples horror stories about some properties but I was so relieved at how well this property is maintained. My entire family loved it and hated leaving, we will definitely be back and will book this same property again and stay in this same condo.

Great condo!

We all enjoyed our stay. Condo was very clean and in a great location. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything you need. The kids loved the pool and splash pad area. Definitely recommend!

Splash 1107 W

Splash resort itself is great. Except for the elevators. There is only two. You can't get ahold of security! There isn't anyone to contact after hours. The room 1107 W. Was nice but instead of blackout curtains they had a shade. This made it impossible to go in and out balcony doors without waking anyone up. There were 2 windows with shades also in main master bedroom, light came in and was in my face all night. The thermostats didn't work properly so you either froze in living room or was hot in bedroom. Other than that, the resort was wonderful. Splash has the best pools.

A view in every room!

Beautiful unit with an ocean view from every room. Very spacious and worked perfectly for our family that included both grandparents, parents, and grandchildren.

Could've been better

Room needs to be updated and cleaned thoroughly. Also, a few minor complaints: not enough towels for guests, also no beach towels, and no complimentary dish soap. Small things like that matter to families. Did like the beach toys in closet. Overall I liked the room but it could've been better.

Spring Break 2023

If you are looking for a nice family vacation this is your place! The condo was very clean, beautiful view of the beach and had all of the essentials you need! Easy access to the beach, the choice of pools for all ages of kids is amazing and the drink and food bar is so convenient.

wonderful location

Nice spacious unit. Had several issues with cleaning including lots of mold in the master shower. Cleaning issues were resolved the day reported. Did some housekeeping myself! This unit needs a thorough cleaning. I would stay again if it is properly cleaned.

Beautiful, Spacious, and Clean

Condo is very inviting and gives a feel of home away from home. It's is fully equipped with all tools and kitchen gadgets. We loved the decor in all the rooms also the collection of books was amazing. It was very clean had plenty of clean sheets, towels and blankets. If we visit PC again we will definitely stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful getaway.

Away from the traffic

I had never stayed to the right of that main road leading onto front beach. We always stayed tothe left, down by pier park. It was nice not to have to fight traffic honestly. We liked that there were two bedrooms with balcony access as well as the living room access. Very nice stay.

Nice

This condo was perfect for myself, my husband, and our 6 kids. Plenty of space and love having a full size refrigerator and washer and dryer in unit. My only minor complaints are with the resort itself. This is a family friendly resort which means people are bringing wagons and strollers to the beach so maybe installing a ramp leading to the beach access as opposed to stairs would be beneficial and helpful. Also, the elevators were disgusting and at times a very long wait.

Loved the Condo!

The pictures were very accurate! Looked like it had been newly renovated. It was clean and comfy for my family. It slept 9 comfortably! Would recommend staying here especially if you have young children, its away from all the chaos of PCB which I think is a much better atmosphere for children! The pools are awesome, the beach isn’t overly crowded, just perfect vacation spot for a family!
