Wonderful week!

We had a great stay! Love staying at Treasure Island. Elevators always quick, properly clean, love the pool and snack shop, covered parking! We will be back again next summer!

Great

It was a very nice condo. You could easily sleep more than 5 and have room. We loved that it had two king bedrooms. I would recommend this condo to anyone. Thank you for our great vacation.

Nice amenities at Treasure Island

We stayed inn1902. There were some issues with the lights when we first arrived. I notified the management company - the light were fixed the next day. We did notice that some maintenance needs to be done in the condo. The master toilet has a high pitched sound when flushed. The guest bath’s fan is loud and noisy. Several of the doors need to be oiled. Might need to add more dishes. Overall it was a good stay. We did leave some puzzles for the next people and some plastic cups for Hammerhead Fred’s. Overall it was clean and comfortable and any requests or problems were handled quickly. Thank you!

Staff helpful

When i needed some insite on something the staff was very helpful. The only thing was we were not informed of the painting of the exterior. But it was a nice stay.

Great condo

Condo was nice and clean. Things listed before about lacl of silverware were corrected and i found it well stocked. Pans etc are as expected for a rental, nothing fancy but cookable. Maintenance guy, justin was onside to fix ice maker and when i mentioned there wasnt a hanger in the place and the remote for living room was trashed. He went out and came back with a new remote and programed it abd hangers for both rooms. I give Justin 5 stars for his attitude and help! Would rent again

Condo was appropriately clean. Was able to check in about an hour early. Love treasure island. There was black mold in both bathrooms on the ceiling. And on the ceiling in The kitchen. The guest bathroom tub did not drain and water was up to ankles by end of shower. Would not rent this room again.

Awesome beach condo

The condo was exactly as advertised, it was perfect for a month of beach living, and was large enough for additional family to visit as well. Great dining within short walking distance. Very nice ocean side pool and hot tube!

Beach views are amazing

This is our third time staying here We absolutely love the view 😄 the amenities and the beach are absolutely fantastic! My only request would be the kitchen needs more utensils only had four forks!and the pots and pans cooking utensils need updating.

Best view I have ever seen

This was our first time staying at this property. This will be the only place we will stay at now and will request the same unit as well. The best trip we have ever had. Absolutely just as it’s listed on the internet.

Vacation

The condo was beautiful but could use a few upgrades. The freezer needs a good cleaning, smelled fishy! The cleaning crew could do better getting the floors clean. But overall the Condo was perfect! We saw dolphins, turtles and stingrays from the balcony! We had a wonderful vacation! Definitely will be back!

Treasure Island on the whole is great. However, the unit we stayed in needs serious upgrades.

Treasure Island is great. Our unit needs a severe upgrade. Some broken furniture, old bedding, bad paint, guest bath has mold. Ice maker doesn’t work. Part of the dishwasher and microwave broken. The unit needs a thorough cleaning. I have stayed in other units at Treasure Island. They were much nicer and cleaner.

Could be cleaner

Condo was nice, view was beautiful but the condo itself was dirty. It had not been swept or dusted, empty water bottles, dog toys, and other items under the beds. Windows were dirty. Condo is well decorated and beautiful the only problem is the cleaning company. It is stocked with the bare minimum so dont expect any extras, except for the three coffee makers. The ice doesnt work in the freezer either so buy ice. I reported the ice maker issue and screen door and the condo being uncleaned to the company but never heard another word. Cleaning fee should be refunded.

Great Location poor cleanliness

This place is perfect location and a wonderful resort, but it was very dirty the floors were nasty they didn’t have enough toilet paper, no dish soap. We have stayed here before and this place has went downhill. But the location and view of the beach is worth the money to us. The TV in the living room didn’t work and tried to talk to the owner and he didn’t send anyone to fix it. So we went down to the office and they said they couldn’t help. I would recommend this place if you want an amazing view and spacious living but they need to fix some stuff.

Nice condo but needs some love.

Was disappointed in the overall cleanliness of this condo. Upon entering the condo you could tell that there was sand lingering on the floors. Coffee grounds were left in the coffee maker from the previous renters. The laundry room needed swept. The screen on the patio door was torn, bedroom lamp was broke and the kitchen light when turned on was a constant strobe. Linens were clean and the bed was comfortable.
