“We were in Chico to pack up my daughter and loved how close the house is to the CSUChico. Very spacious with an outdoor seating area in the back. Annie was there cleaning leaves that had fallen to make sure we could enjoy the back yard which we did with a glass of wine. Very responsive to a few questions we had. Loved the little extras like the snacks and the ice cream coupons. We have three years left to visit the area and will definately stay again.”

“I was in the Chico/Paradise area on business, and this location was perfect, for it was not right in the heart of Chico, and yet very easy access to Paradise. The property is in a very quiet, safe area. Bed was very comfortable, shower was very nice and hot. The property manager was very excellent at communicating, and making sure I had everything I needed. I spoke with her regarding the Keurig coffee maker because I did have trouble making coffee. “We had a very lovely two-day stay at Ashley's little bungalow - we would stay there again! We loved the colorful and unique decor and the proximity to downtown. Ashley was very easy to deal with and quick to respond to the few questions we had leading up to and after arrival. We read one review that said that the house took a while to warm up, so we asked Ashley to turn the heather on before our arrival, and the house was nice and toasty when we got there.
