“Great place to crash if you're visiting the river, 10 minutes from Oregon Creek Park, which is an awesome spot to hit with kids. Pretty sparse surroundings and it's deep in the woods, so it's remote and private. Space itself is set up for 2 people, if you bring more people (wouldn't recommend more than 2 adults, 2 kids) you should bring an air mattress and your own bedding. “Staying at Tara was an amazing experience. Everything was exactly what we were looking for to get away for the weekend! The cabin was spacious, the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals including spices and condiments (except butter), the couch was so comfortable, there were extra blankets, towels, toilet paper and even a first aid kit. The privacy was amazing, it was like being in our own little world. My husband and I enjoyed the hot tub (and skinny dip) and I took a relaxing bath……

“Very nice unit with many nice items in kitchen and attractive dishware. No dishwasher. Can hear noise from highway but not a major issue. Compact unit. Our EV (2025 Hyundai Ioniq 5) did not work with the on-site charger but the owner arranged for us to use the charger of a neighbor that worked. Was warm (went in August) so needed to have windows open at night to cool down the unit - no AC. That was ok, just a little warm the first night.
