“Room pretty clean. Staff had horrible customer service. Lied saying they were full when they had plenty of rooms. They were very rude! ”

“The staff was helpful and courteous, but we encountered some issues. We had a slow drain upon check in. A staff came in to pour some treatment down the drain, but it didn’t help too much. We asked for another bottle. Didn’t help either. We just decided to deal with it. The breakfast the first morning was not great - the sausage patties were so dry that they warped and couldn’t be poked through by a fork. The second morning was fine probably because there were a lot more guests. We had some……

“There was an old dirty looking armchair in the corner. Hair clog in the bathroom sink and no stopper for the sink. Heating unit ran so loudly TV volume had to be turned up very high. No facial napkins in the container. A small glob of some small substance was on the floor between the bed and table lamp furniture surfaces or scratched and worn so they did not look clean. The staff I met however were polite and helpful. ”
