Without a doubt this was a clean property. It did not surprise me after seeing how passionately the cleaning lady was mopping the floor. I gave her an orange as a thank you. I'm always grateful for an immaculate property

Good- clean sheets clean towels, comfortable king size bed, nice size fridge, overall appearance of the room clean Bad- shared the room with a cockroach. Shower curtain rod held up with toothpicks. Hard to sit on toilet with door in my knees. Not bad for a solo traveler.

The room was disgusting. Smelled like cigarettes. They tried to put a spray but then the floor was all oily and slippery and when we came back from supper the smell was there again. My sister’s room had hair on her sheets. The shower head was going on the ceiling. And the bath all rusted. Never again ! However the staff was nice but room still horrible.

There is no Coffee Maker, the door gets stuck whenever you unlock it, the air conditioner is loud and noisy especially at night, the bathroom is so small you can barely do anything in it without shutting the door behind you first. Worst of all the shower curtain rod was bent in such a way that the door hits it, there are holes in the drywall and it moved freely. Would not recommend if you're used to amenities such as Breakfast, Coffee and Vending Machines.

Very disappointed with my stay. The room was dirty, there was hair on the bed and pillows, a cockroach in the room, and water leaking from a damaged ceiling. After I complained, I was moved to another room, but the second room had the same issues and was in similarly poor condition. The overall condition of the hotel was unsanitary and unacceptable. I had to leave early and could not use the remaining nights of my reservation. To make matters worse, despite providing photos of the conditions, the hotel has refused to provide a full refund. I would not recommend this hotel.

I got into the room I booked to find the ceiling hanging down as soon as you enter with 2 garbage buckets under. The was another leak in another part of the ceiling not close to the first leak. There was a dirty hand print in the bathroom on the wall. I told the front desk (said no one made a note about the situation) and they put me in a room 107 where the flooring was coming apart, bathroom faucet handle came off off if you pulled it. They spray oil or something (probably for smell ) on the floor. I wiped it with one of their towels cause 🖕 and the towel was black as FUC. The shower tile had a huge crack in it that they just caulked over. Definitely not a great experience I only stayed because I prepaid and I came in at 12am I wasn’t about to drive around and pay full price again just to stay for less than 12 hours Definitely wouldn’t stay here again.!!
