Gulf front 3 BR condo with private balcony and community swimming pool

Enjoy this gulf front 3 Bedroom / 3 Bath condo that sleeps up to 8 when you stay at 611 Starboard Village on desirable Fort Pickens Rd. This spacious beach front condo is uniquely located next to the community swimming pool, and just steps away from the beach dune walkover. Relax in the living room leather sofa, and loveseat! Amenities include granite kitchen counter-tops, 2 car garage, 1 outdoor designated parking spot, community swimming pool, community sun lounging deck, free WiFi, and 2 Gulf-front private balconies.

***E-Bike rentals are available for $150 per bike for 1 week. Or 4 Bikes for $500/week***

We offer a 3 to a 4-night minimum stay except from May 30,2026 until August 8, 2026, which is a 7-night minimum stay, Saturday to Saturday only. Some exceptions are made based on availability.

Special monthly rates available from January until March 1. Monthly Cancellation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 120 days before the arrival date will receive a full refund.  Cancellations less than 120 days from the arrival date forfeit all payments made.

Love the location and size of this property. The beach was never crowded, even though it was a busy time of year. The only downside was that the air conditioner never dropped below 74 degrees. It was comfortable for the most part but we all would have slept better if it were a little cooler. Ceiling fans would be a nice upgrade!This is a roomy, comfortable condo. Our family of 7 had plenty of space.

Great location with easy beach access

Overall a very pleasant trip. HOA is very strict and watch the kids very closely to make sure they follow all rules. If you family is like mine and like hearding cats you might have complaints.

Condo was just as stated in description and pictures. It is easy to get to from the beach! Roomy enough inside for 8 adults to have plenty of space. Maintenance responded promptly when called upon.

Great place to stay

This was a great condo. It was next to the pool and short distance to the beach. We had a couple minor issues through our stay and they responded quickly both times. The master bed was soft, although I'm used to a harder bed I still slept very well. I was told the other beds were similar. I am used to renting condos with keypad entry. This used physical keys. You do have to go to their location to pick up and drop off, but that was within a 6 min drive.

Relaxing, Comfortable and great location

I took my family to stay over Spring Break. Total it was 5 adults. My 3 boy are 18-24. Everybody had room with 3 full bathrooms, but the bunk beds were small for the 6 foot + men in our group. The beach was right beyond the sand hills and was great to have a full view of the gulf from either of the 2 balconies. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans and even a 13x9 inch pan to be able to cook. It was nice to have the items that the previous guests left to be able to use (like coffee filters and even a couple of books to be able to read). Thank you for a relaxing space to spend time with the family.

Recommended rental

The furnishings and decor of this location are not impressive but are livable. I would say it is an average beach rental. I would recommend bringing your own pillows. Otherwise, the condo was clean, the sheets/towels clean and soft. Turning to the positive, the location of this property is ideal...esp for families. The pool is just outside the door (pool noise was not bothersome when inside condo or on balcony). The beach access is so easy. The garage is a huge plus for beach items, fishing equip, kayaks etc. The island at this point is not commercialized however there is easy access to the commercialized parts. The island is narrow so access to the bay is easy from the condo. Peg Leg Petes is just down the road (best restaurant) as well as the only gas station on that end of the island. I would highly recommend this unit. I would highly recommend vacationing in Pensacola Beach.

Great Spot For Any Beach Lover

We enjoyed the location and size of the apartment. Right on the beach (Gulf) and the pool was a bonus. The apartment had everything we needed for our stay. We will definitely stay again!

Property needs a deep clean— vents, baseboards etc. Vertical blinds in one bedroom are broken and rigged by using broken verticals upside down to repair.Keyless entry would be so much more efficient.3 almost full TP rolls and1 roll of paper towel barely got us started. Also 2 dishwasher pods wasnt near enough

We love starboard

The starboard village is a nice place to stay. We love the location. The condos are so convenient to the beach and not a far drive from the boardwalk.We will definitely continue to try to stay at starboard in the future. We have stayed there in the past. I was disappointed with check-in process that we had to pick up a key, which was in our envelope. The envelope did not contain our parking pass. So we did have to message about getting one of those so that we didn’t get towed. We were told that they would drop one off the next day, but they didn’t and we had to ask again when they would drop this off. They made it sound like it wasn’t a huge deal at this time of year, however, that didn’t make us feel any less comfortable about our vehicle, possibly being towed. We did inquire about early access, which is of course not guaranteed but was told that we could get in early, then because the guests were staying longer that changed, which is understandable. We were then told that we would be still allowed to get in a little early and that we would be notified when this would be accessible, but was not notified at all once the cleaning crew finally left. Overall, the facility was nice, I have stayed in other condos at starboard where they have had beach chairs, etc., for you to use on the beach and this one did not. We had to rent from a third-party for the week. So that was an additional cost. These are things I will look at in the future when returning.

I do want to mention there is no elevator, so be prepared to climb stairs to enter the condo, and to go to the pool and beach. The beach is close and easy access. This condo is nicely situated for viewing the ocean or pool. The sunrises and sunsets are beautiful, the sand is white as snow and the water is beautiful shades of blue and greens. There are lots of shells on the beach. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes and cookware. The twin mattresses leave something to be desired, very uncomfortable. When driving to the condo be sure to use the toll bridge to save approx. 45 minutes, so change your settings to accept toll routes. We were short a couple bath towels and wash clothes and Pensacola Beach Rentals was quick to correct the issue. We enjoyed our stay and would return.
