Bienvenido a nuestra casa adosada de 2 habitaciones y 2 baños con vista al verde número uno del campo de golf White Wing. La casa tiene una ubicación maravillosamente conveniente, una corta caminata de 200 a 300 yardas a todas las comodidades, incluyendo la casa club de golf, sala comunitaria, gimnasio, piscina climatizada, bañera de hidromasaje, canchas de tenis, canchas de pickle ball y canchas de bochas. The location of her place couldn't have been more convenient as we could walk just a few minutes to the pool, community/fitness center, tennis and pickleball courts, post office and the lovely General Store. I found the beds to be very comfortable. The manager/owner is responsive to any question or concerns. It was beautiful and clean, sitting right along the fairway of hole #1\. We were able to ride our mountain bikes easily onto the trails of McDowell park and then afterwards walk to the pool. We picked fresh lemons from her tree and watched beautiful sunsets. We also played golf at several public courses in nearby Fountain Hills. This was our first visit to Arizona and Darlene's hospitality made the trip so comfortable and seamless. She provided us with lots of useful information and made herself available to any needs that might arise. I highly recommend this location for anyone looking for a wonderful vacation. ##### Kenneth W. We also thoroughly enjoyed the amenities available through the Rio Verde HOA, especially pickleball, dance and exercise classes, and swimming. Finally, we found the Rio Verde community very welcoming and Darlene to be extremely responsive. We are likely to stay there again. Tom ##### Tom W. Will recommend to others who would like to stay in that area of Scottsdale. We didn’t have time to use the facilities such as the pool or fitness center available or the golf course. It was well decorated with SW pictures and pottery, etc. which I would not recommend for active children. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped and convenient. Owner was very responsive and caring. When there was an issue with the tv she had a new one delivered and installed in a day! Plus gave us a generous credit which was not really necessary but appreciated. The house is located on the fairway of hole #1 and is within walking distance of the restaurant, pool, and fitness center. Beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. There are also numerous hiking and biking trails very close by. The house is very well equipped and has everything you may need for an extended stay. Comfortable bedding, sheets, pillows, etc. Very friendly community. Can't say enough about this gem. ##### James S. Darlene was a wonderful owner and made everything from the booking process, to the check-in process and then check-out so easy and smooth. The house was immaculate and it felt just like home with all the kitchen supplies and linens, etc. Coming from a colder climate north, we throughly enjoyed each night on the patio with the amazing and spectacular sunsets! The neighbors were so friendly and the SUPER close access to the pool and community center were perfect for daily swims!! We had a wonderful time and can’t wait to come back and visit again. I can’t recommend this home highly enough! It was perfect for our family of 4 or a great couples escape 😊 ##### Lindsey T.
