Villa InSa

  • Villa InSa is located in the small Istrian village of Pićan, 15 km from the town of Pazin.

    You need about 30 km to reach the first beach, which is in a lovely place called Rabac.

    This comfortable house with a private pool is surrounded by beautiful nature. A very good choice for vacation and escape from city stress.

    The outdoor area covers as much as 1,600 m2. The main part of the yard around the pool features 4 sun loungers, a gas grill, a mini kitchen, and a terrace.

    The interior of Villa InSa covers 124 m2. There 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (2 en-suite), 4 air conditioners, living room, kitchen.
    All bedrooms and the living room are air-conditioned.

    Villa InSa offers guests parking for 2 cars.

    The property is not fully fenced.
    Maximum 2 well-behaved small pets are welcome to stay. If You plan to bring pets, please be so kind as to introduce Your pets: what species and weight.
    Pets are not allowed to sleep in beds or on the living room couch/sofa, and are not allowed to swim in the pool.

Erholsamer Familienurlaub

Schönes etwas abseits von Trubel und Straßenlärm gelegenes Haus mit allen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet. Jedes Zimmer mit eigenem Bad Klima TV. Super Pool mit Aussenküche und Grill. Im Umkreis gibt es kleinere Lebensmittel Geschäfte zum Großeinkauf sollte man ca. 15 km nach Pazin fahren. Auch gibt es tolle Restaurants in der Nähe und zum Strand waren es auch wenige Kilometer. Vielen Dank an unsere Vermieterin Lana die wir zwar nur durchs telefonieren kennen aber sie dabei super freundlich und hilfsbereit war

Perfect villa for a relaxing family holiday

We had an amazing week at Villa InSa and it was even better than the photos. The villa was spotless, well-equipped, and extremely comfortable, with three spacious bedrooms and bathrooms, plus great air conditioning throughout. The outdoor space is fantastic, with a beautiful pool, plenty of loungers, shaded seating, and a great BBQ/kitchen area. The setting is peaceful and private, yet still an easy drive to Pula and charming Istrian villages. Dolores was a wonderful host, friendly, welcoming, and quick to respond to any questions. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. We highly recommend Villa InSa for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway in a beautiful part of Croatia.
