“Great place to spend the night before OSU orientation with our daughter”

“We managed to snag this place last minute after our previous booking had water damage. It was perfect for our needs. It had enough room for all of us staying there and was in a cute neighborhood with plenty in walking distance. The host was great and checked-in that everything was good to go. Any questions we had were answered super quickly.”

“Our stay was booked for 12/29-1/2. the heat thermostat didnt work. i notified the host & he suggested to give it time to heat up. we were in condo for hours & temperature did not get above 50 degrees. The fan would run but heat would not kick on. I found tampons/pads in both bathroom trashcans, trash behind console in livingroom, gummy candy on floor, water bottle in freezer, water in bathroom sink (unable to drain), used shampoo/toothpaste. We had to stay in a hotel the first night due to……
