“Everything was beautiful and comfortable ”

“We had a great stay in a perfect location. It was close and walkable to coffee shops, restaurants and bars in the area. Plus a short drive to OSU campus. Unit was clean and spacious. We enjoyed the clubhouse coffee bar and sat at some of the outdoor seating areas. Would definitely rent again.”

“Our stay was booked for 12/29-1/2. the heat thermostat didnt work. i notified the host & he suggested to give it time to heat up. we were in condo for hours & temperature did not get above 50 degrees. The fan would run but heat would not kick on. I found tampons/pads in both bathroom trashcans, trash behind console in livingroom, gummy candy on floor, water bottle in freezer, water in bathroom sink (unable to drain), used shampoo/toothpaste. We had to stay in a hotel the first night due to……
