"Host was extremely responsive and considerate of all our needs. Home was absolutely prestine and clean. Pictures are very accurate to what we experienced. I was happily surprised that the mattresses were ssoo comfy which isnt always the case. All of our needs were thought of before hand, especially the wonderful little coffee bar! The fan would run but heat would not kick on. I found tampons/pads in both bathroom trashcans, trash behind console in livingroom, gummy candy on floor, water bottle in freezer, water in bathroom sink (unable to drain), used shampoo/toothpaste.
