“This place and hosts did not disappoint. Ease of check-in, cleanliness of the rooms and property, quality of the dishware and appliances was a very pleasant surprise. The location was perfect as our base location allowing for day trips to Drummond Island, Soo Locks, Narnia Trail, Mackinac City and Island, Tahquamenon Falls, and many other interesting places. The host supplied brochures of many other local places to visit. The location on the northern end of Caribou Lake allowed for excellent……

“Needs some major updates. No pool. No ice machine. No elevator to the second floor.”

“Had to ask to be moved from the first room. Air conditioner was blowing hot air and noisy. Desk was rude and unhelpful. Check out desk person was clueless. Breakfast looked good and well stocked.”

“I booked the room because it had a refrigerator. When we got there the one that was in the room was not working. And they put another one in that worked initially but by morning all of our food was hot. We had to throw it all out. And we found out the next morning that the door never locked. Anyone at any time could just push it open. The Continental breakfast was an absolute joke.”

“The property was clean and the recent improvements were very nice. The amenities were complete with nice extra touches. The location was great and you could watch giant freighters go by your backyard. It is not handicap accessible.”
