“Overall excellent property”

“We had a great stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable for our large family. The hotel itself was clean, well maintained, and had more modern, updated features than many other hotels we've stayed at. The staff was friendly and helpful, quickly providing extra linens when we requested them. “Room smelled of cigarette smoke. Cigarette burn on comforter and bath tub. TV didnt work. Told receptionist who said she would call me back, but never did. 😒”

“Breakfast was awesome, did not like the shower curtain it was not clean, staff were very nice and happy to see us. Loved the wood work on the wall by elevators. Ice machine was on different floor, would have been better to have it on same floor. Areas to sit were clean and the hall ways were clean. Yes I would stay there again.”

“The room is a mess! The floor is all sticky, and the fridge keeps making this loud noise. But the worst part is bathroom, it’s disgusting. The shower is covered in hair and dust, it’s just nasty. I paid over 200 bucks for this? Seriously?”
