“The good: pool, hot tub, breakfast and comfy bed.
The bad: The room itself wasn't super clean with a couple of pieces of trash on the floor. The shower had hair from previous stay on the walls. The bottle for conditioner was empty and smashed and the one for shampoo was completely missing. (Attatched pics) I told the front desk and they gave me 3 tint bottles of shampoo/conditioner mixed. Not enough for 4 people with very long hair. She didn't refill or replace the bottles. The part if the lock……

“I did not stay at this hotel at all. I walked into my room and immediately walked back out. There were several young kids running around smoking marijuana, which was concerning but not the main issue. While I was in the room, there were people outside threatening to fight each other. I also noticed a hole in the wall, the bathroom was dirty, and the bed was very uncomfortable.
