“The house and property was very clean and comfortable. My family never ran out of things to do between the Pool and The game room The kids stayed busy the whole time I would definitely recommend this property for a relaxing and fun getaway”

“Had everything we needed. Host was very attentive when internet wasn’t working and made sure it was fix by the next day. Definitely would recommend”

“Very nice residence for what I needed for the weekend!”

“It's a great place ! The beach is just across the road with plenty of public parking. The Rookery has two pools that stay open until 10:30. We will be back next year !!”

“This tiny home was perfect for just my dog and I having a quick, last minute get away to the beach! The nature trail was so pleasant to walk down. The home provided everything we needed, and I even found some rosemary growing on the property that I was able to cook with! Folks were staying in the big house on the property and they were super nice. I was a little nervous about that, but the tiny home is very private with thick curtains. I didn't hear any noice either. If you bring your dog,...

“Our 2nd time to Pelican’s Perch and we love the house, the great fishing spots, and the location. Very clean, communication with Nicki is great and response time is quick. Beware though of alligators in the water.”

“Great house. Quiet neighborhood and not far from most local restaurants and stores.”

“The carpet is nasty and so are the walls and couch. Needs a REALLY GOOD cleaning. ”

“Our stay here was absolutely perfect!!!! The Casita is just a hop, skip, and a jump from the beach. It was such a great place to stay at while enjoying the relaxation of the Fort Morgan area. The property was clean and smelled great. The temperpedic mattress was even more comfortable than our bed at home. Oh and I can't forget to mention the awesome outdoor shower; it was fantastic after spending the day on the beach (There is an indoor shower also). We can't wait to come back!!!”

“House is very charming and secluded on the water. We were able to get away and relax. We appreciated staying here.”

“Wonderful property and plenty of room for us all. Only had two issues: We did not have access to the club amenities and the primary bathroom tub would not run hot water. Overall this was a great vacation!”

“Great cottage. Lots of room for big group. Private pool was a hit.”
