It was very clean and spacious, had great views of the gulf from the 14th floor, easy access to the beach, beds and showers were nice, and the exercise room had nice equipment. Good restaurants were within walking or a short drive. Beach was beautiful-probably the nicest we’ve ever been on. ”

“I am not sure if this review is for a single condo (311) or for the whole complex. 311 is lovely, very well stocked kitchen, extremely comfortable bed and couch. Balcony facing east was the perfect size for 2 chairs & a little table. As the pictures show, there is a beach view to the side. The bedroom closet was huge, as far as condo closets go.
