No funciona el WiFi solo en la recepción y no hay manera de tener atención solo en los horarios que marcan de 10am -5 pm Tuvimos la experiencia de desalojar el edificio por que solo la alarma a las 2 am y no había manera de comunicarnos a recepción de que sucedía y estábamos en el piso 9 empezamos a bajar por escalera , sin embarro igual subir y llegamos hast abajo sin saber a k hr podíamos regresar ya que no había nadie de ahí ...la alarma se silencio pero no sabíamos que pasaba . Gracias por hacer estas encuestas

Pretty hotel room but there were a couple of things I didn’t like. The smudges on the desk and the fact that the smudges came off when I started cleaning… I don’t feel the room was cleaned as well as it should have been. Generally, I sanitize any room I stay in. Though, I am usually sanitizing a spotless room. This hotel might also have plumbing issues. The smell of the bathroom filled the room, it was pretty unpleasant. The property just needs some upgrades. I have to say, the staff is wonderful. We only spent one night but they were extremely hospitable. Also, I had the best little croissants and cappuccino at breakfast time!

It has a beautiful view of the canal and is very central.

A nice hotel which was conveniently located for the family. The room had two double beds which was a great size for us however the bathroom was very tired looking and wasn’t that clean. Staff were friendly but not only helpful with free maps of the city, recommendations or directions to their dinning area. It is little things like this which would make me rate the hotel 5 stars. Otherwise this hotel is worth the money, great for families and ideally located.

Very nice flat but not the one from the website. From floor plan that looks like Monnaie 301. Still an excellent flat but stairs were missing handrails so wasn't very child friendly
