Elisabetta reached out prior to our arrival, and was more than happy to arrange a taxi for us to get to our bus to Cortina. When she heard we didn't have much time, she offered to pack us a nice lunch, complete with fruit and water to take along. “Horrible communication. Took hours to get the check in info because the system was down to register and did not receive until after an hour spent looking for the place. Arrived to an uncleaned apartment with all of the beds used, food/pans on the stove and garbage in the front entry way that stunk. Asked for a refund and was told I had to go through hotels.com which meant another hour in the phone. Still have not been refunded my tourist taxes despite repeatably asking. Had to drive another hour……

I punti di forza: La location è oggettivamente splendida, immersa in aree verdi curatissime. Ottimo anche il ristorante (cena a base di carne di buon livello) e squisito il personale di sala.
