“The space is perfect for two adults and our dog. The space was clean, quiet, and close to Shasta Dam. Nice outdoor seating area and even had a fenced in yard for our pup. I’d recommend it!”

“Easy self-check in, very clean with full kitchen and coffee. Little outdated but was fine for us. Parking available and coin laundry. I was expecting more of a lakeview, but where the cabins are you don't see it however, a tiny walk and it's right there.”

“Property was great..we had 3 truck and boats rigs. Plenty of room for all the fisherman that fish Shasta. Was up there for annual Bass fishing championship. The host was very easy to communicate with and texted right back with any answers to questions.”

“After a long drive, we were looking forward to get some rest and sleep, and sadly we had to make our bed before we could do that. room temperature could have been a bit cooler since the entire space has one mini split AC needless to say it took a while to get cool down. The listing’s heading is “High end” and I truly don’t know what the owners refer to when they use that label because it has a very small bathroom which is not cooled and you have to leave it’s door open to get it cooler. I hate……

“We loved staying at the River Retreat. The studio was peaceful and beautifully decorated, the bed is very comfortable and the kitchenette is well equipped. We regret that we didn’t have enough time to enjoy the spa bath.”
