The Comfort Inn on Mistletoe in Redding is very economical. It has pretty average accommodations. It was reasonably quiet. If you are on the road and just need a place to sleep for 8 hours- it accomplishes that with not too many frills.

About all I can say is room was clean and supplied with what I needed. I was unable to connect to internet for my entire stay. The maintenance was not up to par. The breakfast was okay but did not have coffee, had to go to lobby for coffee. The surrounding area was sketchy. I was a female senior alone and will not go back.

Really wanted to rate this place higher because the room was very spacious but not having wifi our whole two day stay and the toiletries and bathroom towels were very lacking. Breakfast was good - warm breakfast included waffles, eggs, sausage, potatoes, and toast. There were pastries and cereal and yogurt as well. The coffee was awful. Location is good, near a few kinda pricier restaurants (not near fast food) and the 5 and 44 freeways.

My stay in August 2026 was better than my prior stay in May. The room was much cleaner and smelled fresher. The staff were all helpful. The AC worked well, the water pressure was adequate and the bedding looked clean.

Lot of trash and leaves in lot upon arrival. Lobby doors apparently don't close so it's hot outside the rooms and quite a few flies in building. The room itself was pretty clean, nothing to brag about. The bed was horrible. Hard, lumpy, and very uncomfortable. Not someplace we'll stay again. The staff was trying, and very friendly. We enjoyed them.

Clean room, room was spacious, had a fridge and microwave that came in handy. Staff was friendly, they offer a hot breakfast, typical eggs, sausage, toast/waffles, cereal variety. WiFi didn’t work that was inconvenient. But for one night it worked. They are pet friendly, however they do not have a pet relief area you will have to walk a bit to find a spot.

Room clean but no blanket or bedspread on bed. Only came with 2 sheet. When asked for a blanket, was given another sheet. So had 3 sheets total. Room was on main floor just down hall from lobby and desk clerk was very loud and happy starting around 3am. Next time get room on another floor. Breakfast was good.
