“A fantastic little cottage on a very secluded little farm. The property owners, Jim and Tracy, were very friendly and accommodating. It was wonderful just sitting on the porch with a cup of coffee and enjoying the peace and quiet. I would definitely stay here again.”

“I arrived later than planned so I got lost in the dark trying to find the place. Super cute and cozy. Close to the lake and restarting/bar. There is no heat, but the owner provided a space heater. I love the cold so I didn’t need it. ”

“We had a wonderful stay. The house was in the perfect location for shows at Bethel Woods Arts Center. The apartment was adorable, with everything we could need. the backyard with the hot tub, deck, and fire pit was excellent. Very peaceful, and many deer coming by to say hello!”

“Had another great long holiday winter weekend at this property with friends and family. Easy access to Elk Mtn for skiing, fun playing on the frozen lake and cozy evenings by the wood stove and TV. Long dirt road to get there but wasn’t hard to navigate and still a close drive to general store (Cables), convenience store/pizzaria (Arlo’s) or restaurants (The Beacon) for weekend needs. Tips - Not too close to any grocers or state (liquor) stores so BYO for those things. Also as noted in the...

“Clean and comfortable. We appreciated the nice quality bedding linens and mattress. Very comfortable. Nice studio apartment like unit with kitchen that is well stocked with pots/pans etc for those who cook. Tranquil country setting. I would stay again. ”
