“Our room was very musty and damp, maybe because the fan in the bathroom wasn't working. Also, the tub was very stained. Great staff.”

The staff were friendly and helpful in directing us to some eating establishments within walking distance. There is no elevator but that didn't affect us too much. For one night it was a good stay and the price was very good.”

“I want a refund! The hotel was fine. The room was fine. The amenities were fine. The host was terribly overworked only one person for that large hotel. The only problem was the phone didn’t work so I couldn’t call the front desk. The TV didn’t work so that’s why I had to use the phone. I want a refund. So I walked my lazy butt down to the front desk and watched how overworked the one person was. Since she was overworked, I waited for her to finish with other customers told her my problem we……
