  • The house is located on the first floor of a two-level semi-detached house and consists of a living room with kitchenette, two bedrooms, bathroom and habitable terrace. Equipped with air conditioning, unlimited Wi-Fi, satellite TV (bring your card), Nespresso coffee machine, barbecue, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave with crisp, sheets and towels. Key delivery directly from the owner.
    Included in the splendid village of Calaverde, pearl of the south western coast of Sardinia, located directly on a wonderful beach of fine white sand. In the village there is a swimming pool (from mid-June to the end of August), bar, pizzeria, tennis courts, basketball backboard and children's park.
    A well-stocked market can be reached on foot.
